Jimmy was talking about an actual tweety bird. It's a Robin red breast and is the official bird of Xmas in the UK. Halstead manor is actually Badminton house estate in Gloucestershire and is worth £315 million, and has been used in Pearl Harbour.
The woman who plays Susie Glass is an actor called Kaya Scodelario who played a pretty iconic teenager called Effy Stonem on the popular UK show _Skins_ in the '00s. In hindsight, that show discovered many great talents as kids, Daniel Kaluuya, Dev Patel, Nicholas Hoult, a couple of actors who were on Game of Thrones and so on.
The word sirloin comes from the middle english surloine. Which was derived from the old French word surloigne. Sur meaning above and longe for loin. The story about Sir Loin comes from as early as 1630 as far as the pun. 1655 for the supposed knighting. The word however predates the story, so likely fictitious. But it is interesting that the French Sur became the English Sir. 😂
About that POV shot, I feel like Guy Ritchie has used that in Lock Stock, but I'd have to rewatch it to confirm. Great reaction btw, this episode is so funny! Freddie is so unhinged and silly! I was laughing with you whenever he opened his mouth. And Felix is a great new addition to this whacky cast of characters!
Thanks for clicking by and watching more of Guy Ritchie's Netflix show: The Gentlemen! We are having so much fun watching this show, it got everything you need: comedy, violence, interesting characters, fun visuals, English Accents, and royals! Hope you enjoy. 🥩🚬🔫
Love that you're continuing with this show! More people need to watch it, it's such good fun. Netflix announced there's going to be a season 2 so fingers crossed it happens :)
@@roadrollerdio565 thank you! Agree, we hope more people find it. Until then, we are carrying the torch (regardless of likes 😆). We love this community and how we find our people! - Des
I enjoyed your reaction, but was distressed to discover that my ability to decipher accents from the British Isles has deteriorated with my advancing age. I think that I need to re-watch the source video at a slower replay speed and with sub-titles.
The chase sequence in this episode is peak Ritchie and up there with the best scenes in his movies
100% agree! - Greg
Calligraphy is an art. Which takes persistance, lots of patience, lots of practice and a bit of flair. 😂
All the reasons why it's not for me 😅🍻 - Greg

@@roadrollerdio565 sounds like a Disney/Nickelodeon show kind of find for talent! - Des
@@videovillagereactions Oh not at all! It was a famously edgy show with sex and drugs and social issues. Very raw.
@@roadrollerdio565 💀 not for content, but for finding future stars 😆
Knew I recognised her from somewhere when I watched Pirates of the Carribean 5
The fact about Sirloin steak is true, although its medieval mythology.
This is such a great series and its a pleasure re-watching it with you guys.
Thank you, Paul! Appreciate the kinds words, and thanks for sharing that. I was curious. - Greg

Its used in Lock Stock when Eddy loses the poker game. Its used to depict him leaving the venue and walking around outside dejected

No shame in subtitles - especially with accents! - Des
Greg and Des, you really don't need to bow to me at the end of your videos- I'm flattered, but I'm also a bit embarrassed.
😂 It's a reflex.
