You are the best at what you do. Other channels over complicate things with base gravy and all the other stuff. Your recipes can be made in less than 1 hour, sometimes less than 30 minutes, always easy, no fuss, and amazing flavours. Let’s not forget also how healthy these recipes are!

It doesn’t matter how many times I watch you it always amazes me how calm and collected you are your so laid back it’s just a matter doing it ,in fact you don’t even have to look at the pan ,Gordon Ramsay could do with a few lessons from you ,the dish itself like all you do incredible what more can be said ,don’t forget please 🙏🏾 a chicken liver starter ,phenomenal 👏👏👏
I do prefer when the channel has also written the ingredient quantity & method in description box, that is very helpful & more accessible than having to rewind the vlog over and over.

I don't eat lamb so I will substitute it with minced beef. Also my wife hates the taste coriander so that's out. I don't have a kahari pan so I use my wok. Does that pan work on induction stove?
