Steering Head Service, Fork Oil Change & More! : Yamaha TMAX 500 Part 8 : Scooter Motorcycle Repair

In this video series, I'll be replacing the fuel pump assembly and doing routine maintenance to my 2011 Yamaha TMAX 500. The service manual recommends a major service every 12,000 miles and a valve clearance check at 26,600 miles. My TMAX is at almost 28,000 miles, and the last major service was at 12,000 miles, so it's time to dig in.
In part 8 I'll be reinstalling the radiator and hoses, disassembling, checking and re-greasing the steering head and then putting it back together. I'll also do a quick fork oil change and replace part of the front fender. I even get a chance to make a couple of parts on the mini-lathe.
