बैंकहरुले इक्विटी Capital मा suitable profit rate बढाउने monitory policy जरुरि छ । यसो गरियो भने बैंकहरूको Price Double, Triple हुन्छ । यसो गरे सबैको भलो हुन्च्छ । बैंकलाई Opportunity cost भन्दा कम कमाऊ भन्नु र मजदुर लाई कम ज्याला दिएर नाफा कमाउन रहर गर्नुले राष्ट्रको GDP मा उल्टो असर पर्दछ र परिरहेछ । जुन अहिले परिरहेको छ । यो सबै लगानीकर्ता, उद्योगीहरू तथा संगठनका पधाधिकारिहरुले आफनै खुट्टा मा बन्चरो हान्नु हो । सबै उद्योगी र तिनको संघले बैंकलाई दोष दिइरहेका छन्, बैंकले बढी कमाउँछन् । यो बिल्कुल गलत छ। त्यसैले शेयरको मूल्य बढाउनको लागि सबैभन्दा पहिले बैंकहरूलाई कम्तिमा उचित नाफा आर्जन गर्ने दिनु पर्ने मुख्य कुरा हो। इक्विटीमा न्यूनतम १२%। इक्विटी भनेको बैंकरहरूले लगानी गरेको कुल पैसा हो। कृपया उद्योगीहरू तथा संगठनका पधाधिकारिहरु आफु र् सबैलाई बचाउनको लागि यो मार्ग अनुसरण गर्नुहोस् । घर घर आगन आगनमा सेवा दिने बैंकलाई पनि टिक्न दिउ । तेसपछी अन्य सेक्टर आफै बढछ । बैंकको १५ खरबको बधोतरी हुन्च्छ । तेसो भएमा बजारमा लाखौ बैंकका लगानीकर्ताको पनि घरमा खुसी आउछ । अनि बजारको माग बढछ र उद्योगीहरू र ब्यापारीको पनि हित हुन्च्छ ।
