It's actually nice to just have the camera pointed in the direction you're going while you talk (more trail view). I like the split experience! I bet Captain catches up real quick!

Hours of scary, creepy walking through the woods, “oh there’s Will, I hope he has cheese!” Bahahaha Sunshine you are too funny!!! Captain - brilliant idea with the poles/magnet!!!

Kudos to you Jessica for all your rock scrambling, it seems that your ankles are holding up and that you have finally figured out the management of your tendonitis. Captain glad to see you. Jessica, I am loving the Vista shots. This was an interesting format, hoping it continues to be good weather days.🥰

You have both gotten so strong! That's a lot of milage to put in when you're dealing with rocks for most of the day! Sunshine- your section today reminds me a lot of hiking out west, it's a good preview of the PCT!

Wow Jessica! Hiking in the dark, alone! You are conquering it! We now live near Boo-Boo the Bear and I’ve seen him a couple of times but he keeps his distance. Somehow the name Boo-Boo makes him seem less threatening. Even after 10 yrs in CR I am still scared of snakes! Keep on keeping on! 🎉

I’ve watched many hikers do the trail. Very hard not to alert you to what’s ahead, but it’s your hike, your experience. Each hiker does it their own way. Hike on warrior.

If the (quitting) couple Sunshine met in the previous episode, was afraid of Knife's Edge, they would not have been able to do Lehigh Gap!

Did Captain see the tree trunk with the bees nest? When I was on a hard hike with roots and rocks there was a guy doing it barefoot. He teaches yoga and said he's used to it. With rocksylvania, is it the whole day of rocks or is it just patches because I don't consider that too bad. Love you sunshine, love you captain, Nan

I wonder if there is any fossils hidden in any of those rocks…??? They are the right type of rocks to house fossils.

The area where you thought you went wrong is on the Fire road that follows the top of the ridge, and the AT crosses it. That's one of my favorite areas to run. Good for you not finding the descent into Lehigh Gap scary. There is an easier switchback trail marked with a blue blaze which is the way I go, for those who want the view but not the rock scramble.

Each of yuuz do not have to match your miles. You have other business interests dividing your time and the boast can be "We collectively walked the Trail" ............. just sayin' .................enjoy
