JessAyu I usually bake them at 180 c fan forced for 5-10 mins and they come out perfectly

Made these cookies so many times and just about to make this today as well. My whole family absolutely loves this. I did reduce the chocolate chunks to 100 grams because it was overpoweringly sweet on the first try. But it all does depend on how sweet you like it. Thank you so much for this amazing recipe
i tested this out and you have to cook them at 350 F or 180 C for 9-11 mins. yw!

This is my go to recipe now thank you. Last time I added Nutella and lightly mixed it in the dough so every now and then you get chunk of Nutella. It made them look marbled too! Delicious :)

nicole bolanos sorry, I don't understand your question! You can definitely wrap the cookies up in cling wrap if that's what you're asking- and then freeze the leftovers for another day/chill in the fridge.

+Bojana Markovic You can just use a measuring cup that has indications on it. Or just use regular cups. Make sure you use the same sized cups for the sugars, flour and butter. Hope this helps.

made some variations.. if anyone wants a Nutella filling.. follow the recipe completely because it's perfect.. but before you put them in the over take a ball of dough and flatten then place teaspoon of Nutella in the middle in fold together and smoothen to make a bigger dough ball. . then throw in the oven and boom salted chocolate cookies with warm Nutella filling.. delicious

So every time I've made chocolate chip cookies, they have turned out as disasters. However, this recipe is absolutely amazing!! I'm a senior in high school and I barely get to bake so I was worried that they wouldn't turn out so good but they turned out amazing. The salt really does cancel out the bitterness of the dark chocolate and the consistency of the cookies reminded me of subway cookies which are the bomb. Anyways, over all loved them! You have earned a subscriber 😊

I've actually seen other bakers use baking powder as well n sometimes both soda n powder so I think saying no substitute is wrong because both are raising agents baking soda gives a sort of flat cookie and powder gives a more puffy cookie
+SuperPerfect10 If you want to obtain the same texture, I would use baking soda. Because I haven't tried using baking powder, I don't know what the results would be like- so I can't give good advice on that :)

add a little bit of butter and if u did add butter then I must been mistaken but what the butter does to the cookie is:makes it more tasty and very moist and it makes the chocolate tast for chocolate.
