Full Episode: In this episode Luke travels to Ruby Coffee Roastery in Amherst Junction to get a behind the scenes tasting of some very special coffees from around the world. Co-founder Jared Linzmeier shares his philosophy on sourcing, roasting and brewing the perfect cup of coffee, all done in a very small town in Wisconsin. Luke then heads south for dinner at the legendary supper club, the Del-Bar. We meet Owner Amy Wimmer, a 3rd generation Wimmer to own and operate the Del-Bar and has big plans to add her own spin of quality and hospitality to the historic restaurant.

I agree. When I moved out of Milwaukee and no longer had a roaster within a 5 minute walk, I discovered and started subscribing to Ruby and haven't looked back.

Another person here to shill for Ruby coffee. I wish I lived closer (I'm near the Twin Cities) so I could hang out at the cafe, but getting the beans at home the past few months has been stellar.

I've been to Ruby's in Nelsonville and the Cafe in Stevens Point. Great coffee culture places. After your cup of coffee in Nelsonville, take the time to visit the Judah Studios Art Shop right next store. A treasure house of local handcrafted artisan goods. A great way to spend the morning. I believe there is also a bike trail that pulls up alongside Ruby's that allows you to re-charge to finish the trail. Most definitely will visit Lake Denton for those steaks. Bone Marrow Butter?!?!?! over the top!!
