Michigan never trailed in the game, won the turnover battle, scored on every possession of the second half, out ran osu on the ground, and had a drive in the 4th that lasted damn near the last 8 min of the quarter.
Yeah OSU def controlled the game. 😅😂😂
That last drive was the saddest defensive effort of all time. Had the game on their fingertips and let UM run 8 minutes off
Michigan never punted in the 2nd half. DOMINANCE
But according to these gentlemen, it felt like OSU should have been blowing Michigan out. :/ copium is a helleva drug
Wilson had control as he crossed the goal line. That’s a clear cut touchdown.
Facts. Only Ohio fans say it was an Int.
Wrong and u know it
Word up. Roman caught it, broke the plane, TD. And that’s that.
Like he did against TCU which was disallowed. He scored in that game too!!
Nice job trying to allude that sign stealing offered some sort of advantage in prior years. You know that osu had Michigan’s signs last year, right?
Michigan fan here. Great reaction guys! Very fair and spot on analysis. It was great to hear about Ryan Day going over to ZZ and wishing him well. That WAS very classy. Thanks for talking about that.
The Roman Wilson touchdown was a touchdown. He crossed the goal line with the ball in his possession, and let’s be honest, had that been Marvin Harrison Jr. would any of the pro-OSU media shills have expressed any doubt? Would any of you? No.
And no, Denzel Burke didn’t catch the ball. Wilson’s elbow was down before Burke grabbed the ball.
If your going to be the best...you've got to take some chances.
Lol may be just a tad delusional. No your roster is not better overall
No it was a clear TD
No, your team did not control the line of scrimmage, Michigan had 2 8 minute drives.
No, you arent winning 5 times out of 10
Enjoy your delusion
Michigan hasnt punted in the 2nd half against anOSU since 2019 😂😂😂
Signs signs signs😂😂😂
I dont think there was ever a point were i felt osu was in control. Im mean the bucks never had the lead.
I've felt that way ever since Day took over.
And even after Osu's best drive to tie the game Michigan scored the very next drive without their best lineman.
i spent 6 weeks telling everyone that ohio was a damn tough team. and they are a damn tough team. those might be the 2 best defenses in america. being at home was really the difference in the game for us [michigan]
If you play that game 10 times, Michigan wins 8 or 9.
Don’t forget, you lost to our 37-year-old Offensive Line coach.
We lost our starting OG and team captain.
We lost our All-Big10 Corner.
And you still lost.
“Michigan couldn’t run between the tackles.”
Why do you think Blake Corum got that late TD? Because your whole D crashed inside to stop the run. That’s respect to Blake Corum and the run game between the tackles.
And made Styles look like a 6 th rounder
Cope and seethe nerds, cope and seethe.
Michigan built a team for this game. They out played osu.
Typical Ohio State Fan:
1) Accuse Michigan of cheating.
2) Blame the refs.
3) Praise Marvin Harrison Jr's toughness because he wears an Apple watch and Louis Vuitton cleats...this is really pathetic.
Harrison did not assert himself in this game. He was the best receiver out there but only 118 yards in the game. He didn’t have a Heisman moment. Michigan must have had an advantage hmmmm
@@ronrotunno-jh6hw ohio state can't beat Michigan on the field so they cry to the Big 10 and the NCAA to fight their battles for them.
Great wide receivers without a great offensive line AND/OR a QB that can scramble (away from pressure) is not a good setup. McCord threw 2 picks, but the offensive line play all season is not where it needed to be. With (at best) an average offensive line, you have to have a QB that can move and scramble to escape pressure. The pressure Michigan got on McCord on the final interception decided the game.
Let’s be real if ND db didn’t have feet for hands that game ends the same way as this one
10 key plays:
Eubuka dropped pass.
Will Johnson interception.
Wussy Ryan Day not going for it on 4th down .
Michigan's 7 minute drive .
Michigan successful on 4th downs.
For 3rd straight year, Cornelius " The Buckeye Slayer " made amazing timeky catches !
Excellent passing by JJ McCarthy.
Missed OSU FG.
Turner 50 yard FG is good.
2nd half inability to stop UM from having scoring drives .
Bonus: Rysn Day bad coaching.
Ohio State is who we thought they were. They should have lost to Notre Dame.
Michigan fan here. OSU played really well today and is a fine football team! I was at the game and when our kicker kicked off out of bounds and the ball was placed on the 35, one could feel the momentum shift back to OSU and they quickly marched down the field for a TD. That was a great drive and looked "easy". Congratulations to OSU on a great season and "The Game" is fun only because of the great history and rivalry of both teams!
a Michigan Wolverines fan praising ohio state? you should be arrested you traitor
@@bieberninja1 - well I'm a football fan too and OSU is a fine team. Kind Regards
@@jivepatrol6833 kindly turn yourself in to the police on monday please, not a police station in the state of ohio, they enjoy harboring traitors, a police station in Michigan, they will arrest you on the spot for your crime
Ohio was soft down the stretch. And Michigan is tougher. And that’s that, SMASH
Who's better than us? NOBODY!!!!!
This is how the 90’s felt.
Welcome back!!
2021 🇺🇲 2022 🇺🇲 2023 🇺🇲 GO BLUE
You guys ducked us in 2020. And you cheated for 2 years. You got this one so you got one not 3 buddy because fyi the ncaa will vacate your wins from the past 2 years 😅
@@B1onicelbow420
And you’re one of those Buckeye mouth breathers who have been arrogantly predicting Buckeye victories for the last 3 years.
Why should anyone listen to you about anything? 😐
@@B1onicelbow420man it's gotta sting all u have is ducking in 2020 and cheating for the last 3 years. Hey if u can't win on the field then I guess u gotta have something to make u cope. But here's a fact that u can't dispute. Ur team just isn't good in big games🤷. Hey there's always next year tho. In the meantime enjoy the B1G championship game and whatever useless bowl game u go to🤣🤣. Chin up kiddo
@B1onicelbow420 Connor Stallions wasn't even at Michigan in 2021. And you got bullied.
As for 2022, your own coaches have said that they'd changed their signs for the Michigan game. And you got bullied.
In 2023, you'd had MONTHS to change your signs after the Signgate story broke. And you got bullied in the 2nd half.
Did Missouri cheat? Y'all just sofffft.
Go Blue. You F#ckeyes are soft. Maybe next year. Please keep Ryan, we love him
You're the same guy that wanted Hairbaugh gone a couple of year age.
By next year those clowns will be on NCAA probation
That Fleming fumble was an incomplete pass but in the end I'm happy for it setting up the pick. I was there great game. Go Blue!
i agree incomplete pass
fact: Ryan Day is too prideful to humble himself and accept it takes a dual-threat QB to win the Big 10, ...aka stubborn is as stubborn does.
Michigan had the better lines on offense and defense. It was clear cut. Ohio has better recievers. That’s all. Nothing more.
Burke didnt catch the ball bro
It was a close game, but let's not exaggerate OSU's progress on that final drive. They got a 1st down at UM's 37 with 32 seconds left and no timeout, needing a TD against the #1 defense. Those were heavy odds against.
You know: conservative offense play calling until your in trouble and a QB who has no business playing for Ohio State.
Ryan Day is a first time head coach so we have these learning situations to endure. Sadly we have wasted a great recruiting class that is not going to win the conference or national championship
I think Ryan Day will get us some national championships but I don’t think the quarterback we have now can play that well.
Anthony's repeated lament that Day “didn’t stick with the run” after that one strong-running TD drive doesn’t hold up if you read the play-by-play -- there weren’t real run opportunities that were turned down to OSU’s detriment. Their next possession began with a run on which TreVeyon did well to avoid a loss and gain 1 yard. Are you calling another run on 2nd & 9 at your 26, down by 7 with 16 minutes left in the game, against that defense? Day called a pass and McCord was right on target to Egbuka, but a split-second late and broken up by a big hit. Then you have to pass on 3rd & 9, but McCord rushed his read and never looked left, where a man was open for 1st-down yardage. There were just two possessions after that, a TD drive mixing run & pass, and the last desperate chance with no time to risk a run.
This Never gets old ! #goblue NCAA FOOTBALL NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. When was ohio state's last win??
Ryan day lacks the killer instinct, who’s calling the pays???? No enthusiasm, no imagination we got burned with a trick play 2 years in a row….come on!!!
I belive their next few runs after the drive they ran the ball down Michigan's throat were nothing. Wilson conpleted the process of the catch and had control when the nose of the ball crossed the goal line. Not sure why this isn't clear to people. Particularly ones that speak on a football platform.
No Anthony, you are wrong. Throw everything at Marvin and 2 of 9 gets picked. Osu runs a passing offense, team that runs the ball wins... 22 times in a row
They were out coached and outplayed at QB.
Brendan is saying he knows better than the officials who called it and reviewed it on the Roman Wilson TD. That's ignorance and arrogance.
McCord was the M - MVP with the 2 interceptions ! - - - Almost had 2 others.
mc cord mvp for mich
OSU got exposed. Too soft on the run....D line not able to hold point of attack
To soft on the run? They ran it 8 times down Michigan's middle and scored? Or did you not watch the game?
@@wolfeusmc2011
Treveon Henderson, who your fanbase was predicting was going to have his breakout game, had 60 yards on the day. You barely broke 100 for the game.
Yeah, your run game isn’t what you’ve been bragging it to be. Mostly, however, it’s because your coach is a soft, finesse coach. He doesn’t like to run the ball and abandons the run as quickly as he thinks he can.
Ohio State absolutely has a GLARING QB problem!
mccord is really swell guy
most mich players are 3 stars getting it done osu no culture just waiting for nfl draft
Cryin' Ryan's homers ..
MICHIGAN is the big dog in the Big 10. Ohio State is just a little puppy. 😄
Defense wins games and when they changed defensive coordinators it all changed!
Fire Ron Day!
On the choice to try the FG on 4th & 2, needing to make a quick call is a lame excuse. The clock had been stopped at 1:08 after a first-down incompletion at the 42 -- THAT's when you need to plan your 4th-down decision. There can never be a satisfactory explanation for *wanting* to try a 52-yard FG in that situation. If you're worried about giving the ball back to Michigan at their own 34 with about 30 seconds left, that's just a losing mentality.
If and butts candy and nuts.
Than everyday is Christmas in Columbus
If Parker Fleming let Parker Lewis hit 60 yard field goals. Would Ohio State have won?
There was like a min left before Day called the timeout. He couldve got another play in and then kicked the field goal. Day sucks and needs to go. Also why the hell was Ohio State playing their nornal defense at the end and allow Michigan to run the ball and take 7 mins off the clock. TERRIBLE COACHING
Last 3 years Michigan has dominated us physically. They bullied us in the trenches. We have a bunch of shiney 5 stars, they have gritty 3-4 stars. We need to rethink how we play.
That Michigan roster top to bottom won the National Championship and beat Bama along the way. Deal with it
surprised to hear these guys defending Kyle's overall play. on top of the 2 picks, he had 2 others that should've been picked if not for the osu receivers becoming defenders and had his pass to Stover on the last drive been held onto, it would've been a total disaster. no timeouts left, only a couple yard gain and the defense probably would've taken their time getting Stover to the ground. UM knocking that pass loose turned out to be a lifeline for osu. on top of all that, these guys didn't bother mentioning ND should've picked off Kyle's pass on that final drive. it went right thru the ND defender's hands. that pick would've end lights out for osu.
Kyle McChoked his chicken 😂
Too much JJ McCarthy excellence. Too much tough UM defense .
Anthony did you watch the game? There wasn’t enough time on the clock to run the ball at the end of the game.
You guys should cry more about JJ's laser throw to Roman. 😂
For the 3rd year in a row, OSU fans are quelling their wounds with, "But we have the better team."
They need to go to the portal for a quarter back that's really good
What went wrong? You decided to play a better team . GO BLUE
Charmin soft!!!!!!!!!! Hold this L!!!! I guess the PI wasn’t good enough!!!!!!!
Boooo freakin whoooo ! Didn’t make enough plays ? Boy that’s genius! Your team lost deal with it .
No excuses !
I love the crying buckeyes. Let's make a theme song for next year 😂😂😂
Quarterback who can't run a little hamstrings you offensive so much. Gotta be able to get a extra first or two with the qb's leg. They gonna be trouble next yr with no Marv to bale Kyle out. He's just average.
Any average QB off the street can beat most teams with the talent that is on the OSU roster. However, in the big games McCord can not get it done. He can not handle the big lights, ND was thanks to the defense, Penn St was a combination of poor QB play on Penn States part and the Buckeye defense. Please check the portal, I believe the QB at USC will not enter the NFL draft, start courting him, and hope McCord leaves to a school that is more suited to his temperament
It’s all about qb play
Mobile qbs make the def squrmish just the threat of running the ball
Last year: seems like OSU should have been up by a lot of points
This year: “it’s 17-17 and you’re like wow seems like OSU should be up by a lot of points”
GO BLUE boys 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
OSU lost to the National Champions, who had one of the best defenses in college football history. The sky should not fall in Columbus. The arrogance should, however.
I’m a Michigan fan and I agree. A few years and you’re over it. Just takes tweaking and commitment. We’re proof. #GoBlue
The throws to the TEs and the half back pass were big plays that led to 10 points.
32:47 To Anthony's point, that was offensive PI against Cornelius Johnson with 6:40 to go in the game. He pushed off Jordan Hancock but the officials made no call. Had the officials made the correct call right there, the outcome might have been different.
If you want to play that game, Ohio State’s jet sweep on 3-1 was holding, with even Joel Klatt, the network OSU shill, feeling that he had to mention it. Had that been called, no Ohio State touchdown that drive.
It’s noteworthy that all you Buckeyes complain about plays where you’re outworked and outplayed.
That is their MO
We keep taking the excuses away, but they keep looking for them
@@DeshCanter You didn't dispute my point that it was an obvious PI that wasn't called. Instead you engage in whataboutism. Also, Ohio State didn't run a single jet sweep the entire game, and I have no idea what "3-1" means either. Your post might be the dumbest, most irrelevant response I've seen from a Michigan fan. Michigan fans claim to have superior intelligence but you clearly do not.
How come we out rushed you if you control the line of scrimmage?
Go blue
Will McCord be our quarterback next year?
we hope so
Hard to win when you play not to lose.
Go Blue was here.
Kyle is not a difference maker
At this level of football coaches should have a play or more for 4th and 2!😂 But thank you Ohio! Go Blue!!!🔵〽️
Well he cost us the playoffs
UM's coach Sherrone Moore could gamble on 4th down (3x) because unlike OSU's Ryan Day, UM was at home, UM had something to prove concerning the sign stealing scandal and, more importantly, Moore could not be fired if UM failed on 4th down.
Michigan is a tough, physical team that dominates the line of scrimmage; Sherrone Moore trusts his guys to get 1-2 yards on 4th down.
Ryan Day doesn’t.
Wow, more excuses. Your fan base is incredible
Employers in Ohio must have a tough time sorting out all the excuses when you folks call in sick. I can’t make it today cause that non Pass interference really made me ill
@@ronrotunno-jh6hw😂😂😂
Well good job bullying your 5 star QB out of town. 13 now in the portal like rats off a sinking ship. Ten of those were highly recruited 4-5 star players none of whom ever near Michigan in their career. A wasted class.
Go Blue! 🔵〽️
Love the comment regarding “It felt like you could have stayed in that power football mindset.”
No, you couldn’t, because you don’t have a power football mindset coach.
Ryan Day is a soft, finesse coach.
Kudos to Ryan Day for doing that, that is the way things should be done. Devin Gardner did the same thing back a few years back.
Michigan is what went wrong with ohio
Kyle stinks period! He is not agile and wastes time constantly set on throwing to Marv. He needs to go! He is horrible! RJT OSU 66
We need a QB IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!
Who cares about the buckeye
They stole our signs 💯🤬
Have you been drinking?
@@mgt2010flathe NCAA will wait till after the season because they don't want to lose ratings and ticket sales but eventually they'll pull the trigger on either wins being vacated or will give TTUN the Death Penalty
Yes 3/12 on 3rd down but that’s deceiving because they went 3 n out on the 1st 2 possessions. So after that they were 3 of 10 (3/3 4th down) so 6/13 down the stretch! Michigan had superior special teams play, better O Line play, better QB play and superior (creative) play calling.
How much longer is Buckeye Nation going to be forced to endure Ryan " Born on 3rd Base "Day Cooper? He is a pathetic coach who will never win the big games.
Give Ryan Day an extension, and a raise!
I am a Michigan fan and I think you haven’t really given Ryan day a fair shake. Two or three more years and he’ll probably get a little bit more gutsy. And maybe if they took off those Barbie ballerina fancy pants cleats they’re wearing? Ryan is just making sure they don’t get their clothes and their brand new cleats all dirty. But whatever you do, keep the quarterback he’s stellar.
also give him a bonus too@@DeshCanter
