I would like to add that unfurnished in Austria means that there usually won't be a kitchen or any lights either. Again sometimes the previous tenant might leave their kitchen and you can buy it cheaper from them, but that's not always the case. And I never had a limited contract for an apartment. I don't think those are common. I always had unlimited ones where I could cancel the contract at any time, I just needed to give the landlord 3 months to find a new tenant.
Hello, thanks for the info they were really helpful. Im looking to move to Vienna in a couple of years. I wanted to ask if you need any proof of working in order to rent an apartment? Because I was thinking of renting a place and then looking for a job. Also, is the site HousingAnywhere legit and worth looking?

What’s an average price for renting an appartement in austria specifically linz
