    This meditation is helping me through a complicated time in my life where I’m not sure of myself or what I should do. I think I know but then something else tells me otherwise. This is helping me get some clarity. I thought I didn’t need help but then realized… I do. I’ve been denying myself help this whole time when I desperately needed it most. Thank you.     I love this meditation, I’ve come back to it many times. It’s really easy to follow and it’s a good one to do when I feel really anxious and need something concrete to follow.

    wonderful videos I am self employed always stressed about money bills ect ect .........today I gave myself a day off from stress and anxiety and from work. It will all be there tomorrow ........Thankyou mindful peace your videos are fantastic and a great source of calm and good feelings xx

    The mindfulness guide "30 Days to Stop Giving a Shit" by Corin Devaso is pretty good. Simple and easy mindfulness and meditation lessons...but the point is to keep it light and practical. I recommend it. It should be on amazon or a book distributor.

    Exquisite! Loving the new affirmations - gentle and yet powerful at the same time.
    Recently I’ve been struggling to connect with being mindful at night in response to my ms symptoms kicking off. I’m hopeful I can make use of the content of this one to assist me.

    The first time I tried meditating was few day over two weeks now. Now I told myself I’ll count up to 200 in my mind. By the count I got 50, I felt very dizzy so bad that I opened my eyes. Then I told myself I should face my fears. So I went back at it again from the top. The dizziness was still there and got even worse. Felt like I was on a roller coaster ride, and I felt like there was heat coming off my body through my pores. I made it to 200. I felt better. Then I did it again the next day, now the dizziness still there but not as bad. By the third day, the dizziness was hardly there. After a week doing so, I noticed I felt a lot better and that my skin, particularly my face, was more clearer, I felt like there are some things coming off my body I just don’t what it is ever time I exhale. I used to have lot of reddish in my eyes, now they started to go away. I’m so glad I found this or actually doing this. Now I do it twice a day mandatorily When I wake up and before I go to bed. Sometimes I do it during the day as well.
