    Hi Andi 🙏🏽, in ur other video u said arka/kodo millets idly- millets must b always used 4:1 urad dal ratio.
    Can we make the same way with this millets also andu korralu/brown top⁉️
    Or please explain/educate us if different millets are used in different ratios as per texture, taste etc
    Becoz for me Jowar, Ragi, sama millets works best for idly.. but i fail to do with Other Millets ending up flat/not fluffy, chewy, sticky no taste idliis 🥴👎🏽.

    Ma intlo millets ki purugu vachinte- baaga clean chesi, manchi yendalo 2 days petti store chesaanu. Can i use them normally in different recipes or only jaava /ganji ki maatrame use avuthaaya please advice 🙏🏽.

    Hi, I tried this dosa the same way as you did but the dosa turns to be bitter and no one liked it at home. Please suggest what was wrong or is browntop millet bitter taste.
