1.5 cup Rice
1\2 cup urad dal
1\4 cup poha
salt to taste
1 tbs ginger chilli paste
2-3 tsp oil
black pepper corn
1\4 tsp baking soda
1 cup Coriander leaves
3-4 green chili
2 ginger pieces
4-5 garlic cloves
salt,sugar and lemon juice
fistful peanuts
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of turmeric powder
2 tbs curd
Little lemon juice
