ખૂબ સરસ રીતે ઢોકળાની બનાવવાની પદ્ધતિ વર્ણવી છે.
અમારે ત્યાં સાબરકાંઠામાં મકાઈ, જુવાર, બાજરામાંથી અવનવી વાનગીઓ અમે પણ બનાવીએ છીએ .
દીદી તમે મકાઈ ના ઢોકળા બનાવ્યાં, હું પણ આ રીતે મકાઈ ના, લીલા વટાણા, લીલી તુવેરના દાણા, ફણગાવેલા મગના સોજી(રવા) સાથે અલગઅલગ ઢોકળા બનાવું છું. થોડી અડદની દાળ અને સોજીના અને ઘણીવાર ફક્ત સોજીનાં આદૂ, મરચાં અને હીંગ અથવા લસણ ઉમેરીને પણ ખૂબ જ સ્વાદિષ્ટ ઢોકળાં બને છે.
