Awesome video! Wow, that really is a lovely blaster; I have the original Nexus Pro and I can’t believe how many improvements and features they’re now able to squeeze in at the same price point. 9:54 Just wanted to add, though, that Dart Zone said they will be offering a kit on their website that includes both low-power (130 FPS) and high-power (250 FPS) springs specifically for this blaster, so looks like they’re granting your wish after all 🙂
This is why I have to watch reviews, even after I already have the blaster. Had no idea there was a removable insert in the BCAR, that info just made my day. Now I have to test it on my whole collection!
I managed to pick one up right before MM and used it all throughout the weekend. I was able to tune it to 120, 150, and 230 FPS with the various Harrier springs I already have and a spacer I made out of a stock Stryker pusher. Very nice blaster, and very accurate. So accurate that I aimed only using the rail for the whole event
I got my Nexus Pro X three days ago and to me it really does feel like the culmination of everything Dart Zone has been doing in the hobby for the last 4 years. They nailed absolutely everything about it and I would totally love it... if I could prime it. Sadly I have a permanent case of tendonitis in my left arm and my arm was just screaming at me after shooting 2 mags through it, which is weird since I can play with my Max Dictator all day and never have any discomfort from the prime weight at all. I guess that extra 50 fps in spring weight is just a little too much for my arm to handle, which is a darn shame. I did send a message off to Dart Zone customer service though to see if they might offer a lower powered spring for the Nexus Pro X, because I love everything else about the blaster and really want to keep it, that prime weight is just a little too heavy for my arm to handle.
Excellent review! Its crazy that B-cars are availabel at Walmart now. I deffinetly am considering getting this as my competitive springer. I am going to wait till the Striker 2.0 is revealed to see which one I like visually more though.
Wow. Sadly, we're never going to get this on 6the shelves in the UK. (Mind you, with a replacement metal pt and a bit of K25, i'm more than happy with my longshot's performance, so I can live with it....) .But still, this shows just how far the Hobby has come on in the last few years. Where will it all end?
@@maritimefoam Oh yes. When I was running an etsy shop I got a commission to do a 120fps rapidstrike that a guy wanted for his daughter. She managed to break a couple of light fittings before he convinced her to only use outside......
Hey bro so I just watched the video couple times I noticed something that you missed so the bearing scar that comes with the Nexus Pro X with the inserts in it will allow you to use the bearing score on 17'32 inch brass
Honestly if u look up how much a regular scar costs a bcar costs 2 mags costs and also not saying this comes with the best bcar ever but at 50 bucks and the blaster hits around 200 fps plus what u get with it seems like a good pickup
I just bought this and used it for a kids nerf war. This gun is nuts 🤣 I was beaming kids from 75-150 feet easily the bullets were wrecking everyone they left marks up close 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m a 30 year old dad btw.
Well these are older audience for sure. I actually worry a bit about young teenagers using these around their homes unsafely. 200fps dart to the eye is no joke

Oh cool! I should have looked into that haha. Makes sense with their outlaw springs and some others! Very cool! Pinning!
Sweet, I love DZs involvement and catering to the hobby.
Lol
My friends and I bought all of them from our local wal-mart. This blaster great for the price, and accessability.
Perfect use case for these!
Man, I thought the original nexus was the peak of toy blaster’s minus paint. Not only did the give a mega cool colours but added more??!! Crazy bro
Great review. This blaster doesn’t disappoint
Thanks! Was good to do one again haha
Great video! And hey an astro boy reference never expected to hear that from a nerf review lol
haha!
Wow. Your finding were right on what we have discovered having ours for a few days. Keep up the great work.
Thanks, will do!

Sweet! Ha, someone mentioned it to me and that’s the only reason I knew! Otherwise I may never have known 😂

Sorry to hear that! I did hear from another commenter that a lighter weight spring is coming!
Instead of buying this you should buy a Nexus Pro
Saving up for the Nexus Hyper Pro!
😂😂😂 keep this meme alive forever
Lololo
I don't even do Nerfin' but I do watch Beret so that made me laugh
Lol
Great review and I really dig the Mega XXL shirt...oh yeah ...and that other shirt too 😂
Haha
It's been a while, great review!
Hey thanks! Yeah, a break did me good, more to come!

Haha, I dunno! Off the shelf performance should probably only go so much higher lol.

Great review!
Don't be a fool, wear eye pro and be cool!!!
Agree!!!!
Nice Blaster, nice review.
I'm waiting for the Nerf jolt X 🤓(with the upgrade spring) 👍
That would be cool!
Its sooooo good!
It's kinda crazy that the DZ blaster produced for Walmart is so amazing haha.
Nice find on the BCAR insert! I totally missed that!
Which error I repeat which error did Astro make on his report to Gernonimous?
This guy gets it!!! ;)
I'm guessing you missed talking about the buffer tube, and the same cap design so any spacer caps are compatible
Still need one. Im just glad i got the Aeon X and Mirage finally.
I was hoping to find a Mirage, I did get a Challenger though... or two.
@@maritimefoam Challenger is fun. Still wanna do a lipo mod

The mags also work with my talon mag extenders
Nice!
When does it come to Canada?!
If it’s like the Nexus pro… after a long long time?!
@@maritimefoamMando and I haven’t gotten anything else past the Aeon pro in our stores💀
@@maritimefoam so for what it’s worth you’re saying I should just go over the border to get it eh?
Is it compatible with the grey dartzone magazines?
Oh I would assume so :)
I never like the nexys pro. I never replaced my ceda s with it. I did like the max stryker, i hoep we get a new stryker too soon.
I can see what you’re saying for sure! But in a world where most people have no idea what a Ceda is it had a part to play!
✌🏽✌🏽An Upgraded Max Stryker would be Awesome!!!!!!!

I am fully convinced people who buy nerf are too young for this much power. Nerf does nothing better.
