    If you are having trouble trying to "activate" or you just don't want to use the iFit stuff, make sure the power is on and the clip is in place, then just hold the square, blue button to the right side of the display screen down for 30 seconds or so, until the screen changes. (can't remember exactly what it did, but it was obvious!) You then can use it in manual mode.

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The belt shifts when the idler (rear in this case) roller is out of adjustment and there is more tension on one side of the belt. The belt wants to move to the side will less tension. Use the L-shaped hex key to adjust the Idler roller adjustment bolts. There are instructions in the users manual and other videos on this channel that show how to do this. If you are pulling the belt and lining it up by hand, but not adjusting the position of the roller, the belt will not stay adjusted.

If there is a issue with one of the base pieces a replacement part can be obtained from ProForm.

    My belt keeps sliding to the left and when on it has this sound like it’s working extra hard to operate is that normal?

    • @FitnessEquipmentHelp
      @FitnessEquipmentHelp  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The belt should not be sliding to the left. does it return to center when you are not walking on it? Does this happen with all users? If it moves back to the center when you step off the belt then it could be the surface the unit is on and would try moving it to a different location temporarily to see if a more level surface helps. Also sometimes people will walk heavier on one side so it causes the belt to shift. If it does not happen with all users this may be something to consider. as long as the belt does not run into the deck rails or plastic covers it should be fine.
      I would expect a motor on this unit to sound more labored during a workout than units with a larger motor.
