How do I fix the paddle if it broke when I was working out. I was on the machine for about 7 mins when it snapped. It does stay on.

I purchased this equipment a few months ago. I decided to set it up last week and come to find out it’s locked and in order to unlock it I have to pay $15 per month and that’s not worth it. Is there a way where I can unlock the machine for free? I’ve already spend a good enough money for it. Can’t afford to pay a monthly fee as well.
