@@cgimadesimpletrue. However fbx ignore "paint" from Revit. Which means on 3dsmax will show original material we applied on Revit family Do u have solution for that. I like to work on fbx .much faster
10x for the comment. Usually when you import round/curved meshes there are bugs and it requires to be remodel. We have videos for remodeling such geometries for instance: th-cam.com/video/NG2c71BS_Fk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=PtTaf30VAB0St_37 th-cam.com/video/meYhoYit-Mg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=dNgge-toEfmKSizI th-cam.com/video/kPtSkx5ZmAE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NZ8iwtTd7lGPYVty

Thanks! Seems to be the only way if you have different versions of max and revit.
As far as I know, yes. Thanks for the comment!
thank you )
Welcome!
Hi thanks for the tuts, I would like to see how it goes on curvature surfaces instead of flat surface
Thanks for the comment. The terrain in this video is not flat. It has a slope. Maybe we could do another video about it.
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
super useful indeed!!!
I would like to see how to convert all materials to vray materials. Or, if there's a way to apply vray materials in Revit?
Select V-Ray as render engine. Right click in 3ds max -> find V-Ray scene converter -> Convert materials to VryaMtl
Why not link Revit
Link FBX is the best workflow according to my experience. Link Revit is lagging more therefore working with it is harder.

But the meshes especially the round or curves are not good. how can we get clean mesh when importing?
