can not imagine building a large luxury home (20 million) that heats ,cools using electricity without using triple pane windows (cost max. 5-10% more) and not having a stove top over head venting fan system, plus using extremely poorly rated, cheap kitchen appliances. Is there HRV, EVR and dehumidifier in the home? With towns, parts of cities burning down all over, why , why would you use firewood, Wood shingles as siding on this house? fire hazard and no real fire fighting nearby. Concrete lasts forever, fire proof, bug proof , maintenance proof... oh, bragging about no baseboards??? you can not vacuum, sweep, wash floors without gouging, scraping, marking up the walls... Cheaper finishing, not something to brag about, people are not stupid.
