He gives his gift's because of his goodness, to whom he wishes. We should just praise him for his great glory, and for the greatest gift of faith in him.
Thanks so much Kim. I've slid into this trap for years and it made me feel awful and lowered my self esteem And prideful at the opposite end. It's a ridiculous trap I NEVER want to allow in my heart again.
Wow this is such a good teaching, I was just talking about this yesterday, how great a marriage my friend has... and this other friend of mine said , but you don’t know what is behind the scenes.... this is something I must stop doing is to compare my life with others, this hurts, and brings me down. And this is so true, what you said , then God disappears. And this is exactly what I feel since this happened.
It is hard to resist comparing myself to others. But when I catch it, it feels so good to have to Holy Spirit ground me in the Word. I love your channel😊

The i wish i may, and i wish i might, displeases God. Because we are saying that what He's doing or what He's giving us is not good enough.
