Animation Courtyard! Save the Muppets!! While a connecting area from the land to RNR would be nice, they would have to move the cast dining area and other things that are directly behind Sunset there. Not impossible, but probably inconvenient.
I don’t think animation courtyard is going away! It’s because of The Little Mermaid getting a new show! So, the muppets maybe going away since they have no choice! Plus, Walt Disney Presents is over in animation courtyard!
The Animation Courtyard should be the perfect place for Disney to demolish and make room for the Monsters Inc location. The Star Wars Launch Bay doesn’t fit in, The Voyage of The Little Mermaid should just stay empty and closed (or give it a few final performances) and lastly The Disney Jr. Puppets are becoming very old news. (If it was still Playhouse Disney I would feel sick to my stomach saying that) so I think it’s finally time to say goodbye to The Animation Courtyard. And for the love of all things Jim Henson and Muppets They should NOT go for Muppet*Vision 3D it was Jim’s final work and tearing down would be disrespectful to not only us Muppet Fans but to The Muppet Performers and The Henson Family as a Whole. (The same goes for PizzeRizzo) so Disney PLEASE go for the Animation Courtyard NOT Muppet*Vision 3D.
I don’t care for Muppets very much because not everyone knows them! But, The Little Mermaid is already getting a new show so, it may not come into play!
Logically they’re getting rid of Tom sawyers island cause it gets low attendance and to fit villains and cars inside the train track they need to get rid of it. There is quite literally not a single logical reason for monsters inc to replace anything at Hollywood studios when there’s all that space behind animation courtyard and with Star Wars launch bay being a ghost town
It also has to fit in to other areas that can see that giant building (like Tower of Terror blending in behind Morocco at Epcot). Depending on the angle, Animation Courtyard makes the most sense because the giant building could still pass for a soundstage. If Rock and Rollercoaster gets any refurb, I’m still hoping for Powerline.

How spooky would that be?

I took a Uber 2 yrs ago was my first time sadly couldn´t really fit fully in the Potter Rides and the Train that takes you from USF Main park to Isle of Adventure (but only with a Park to Park ticket) wasn´t running. So I couldn´t even enjoy taking the Hogwarts Express back and forth 🥲but at least could rode the hippogrief ride and had some butterbeer in hogsmeade in the three broomsticks hogs head area was yummy but almost too sweet the frozen one is the best.
Tbh what I could see happen if they go the animation courtyard route is relocate laugh floor from Tomorrowland and perhaps have that in the little mermaid theatre if they still want to do the new little mermaid show they can do it where one man’s dream is or even where frozen sing a long is. They have to grown the Studios not downsize just for one Ride, when people blaming all the time uh it is just a half day experience. Star Tours has enjoyable Experiences for Decades to come since non of Us were able to ride all those variations and as fact that it is a people eater indoor so even with bad weather accessable and rideable.

Retheme Rock n Roller Coaster to Eletcric Mayhem, and replace production courtyard with Toontown next to runaway railway. Bring back sorcerer hat and earful tower. Build Mickey’s Fun Wheel, Barnstormer, and a new Disney Junior show with Bluey and Mickey Mouse. Retheme Barnstormer in Magic kingdom to Casey Jr.
Not everyone wants everything to be a rollercoaster. Some people do have small children and they like to do things together. Can we have some "calm" things in the parks? Replace RoR!
