Wonderful home!! What a grand open concept of rooms upon entrance!! And the added staircase adorned with wrought iron railings with views of main level!!! I’m sold!!! Rest of home is gorgeous with plenty of space!! And again with the brass fixtures hmmm 🤔… I prefer brushed nickel!! 😀.. definitely can live and entertain in this home! Great tour. Initially, I wasn’t a fan of the dining table located in the great room but it’s starting to grown on me. The dining table and chairs here look very good. I also love the chairs under the extended window looking out the picture windows, that’s a great use of space..

I do not care for the location of the garage,at the price point, a formal dinning room is a must, (I love that you called out the size of primary b/c it stood out the moment you entered. I would create all glass sliding doors where the windows are currently located (I think that would take the attention off the size of the room. His/her wardrobe is ALWAYS preferable... Even with all that said, this is a KEEPER, I like the size, the layout, large backyard. Again, thank you for!!
I feel like they dropped the ball on the primary and the kitchen. Especially the pantry. Layout is unique. True open concept. Keep up the good work, my brotha.

Beautiful staircase and light fixtures! Amazing powder room! Prefer separate dining area. Nice master bathroom. Great game room with decor. Prefer secluded media room. Wallpapered ceiling is interesting.

If people are requesting it elsewhere, I’m sure they would be willing to pay the added expenses even if it means transportation, a crew, travel etc. You guys should do it do it do it. Have literally just a crew that travels and one that stays in the current area.

After seeing a few homes by this builder, they’re definitely not for me. It’s just too much going on for my tastes. But I’ve seen other homes I love on this channel by Grand Endeavor.
