Working families... they deserve the credit... not the folks who could care less about being productive citizen ...same with welfare...welfare wasn't put into play for generational livelihood.....

Totally agree. I should get a tax credit for not having children. Also why should certain ethnic groups get a higher tax credit over others ??? All these incentives for having more and more kids seems counter productive. If you can’t afford them don’t have them. My sister and her husband had to save and plan for each child they had.
