Cool building, though marble isn't necessarily sustainable
Will there be rentals?
The city of Vancouver needs to stop trying to approve towers that are "worlds this and worlds that, tallest this" and blah blah blah and start building apartment complexes that actual serve a purpose of housing people who need aparrment rentals that match the majority of Vancouverites' invome levels - which FYI: majority of single Vancouverites earn approximately $35K per year, couples earn about $75K. Stupid buildings like this don't meet that need in anyway. We dont need these mundane tacky buildings that merely serve a pathetic tagline that only exists to create false perception of Vancouver.
