Outdoor area and hot tub is awesome. 4 car garage sounds good. In-floor heating sounds good. How does it cool in the summer? How many elevators in the building? I'd replace one of the tubs with another shower space. I've taken a bath maybe twice over a 5 year period... The views will change with more towers, not that that makes it better or worse.

Ultimate luxury , but only 2 bedroom in such immense space ?
its small, to expensive , outdoor space only works 4 month in BC.... buy a house its better
