Sir ne jo example 54:11 pe kiya usme kya ham aisa kr skte hai ki, V = q/C => dV/dt = (dq/dt)/C And as dq/dt = id (id → displacement current) => id = C dV/dt = 60µ * 5 = 300µA
Abj sir.. doubt As we know that a semi infinite wire also exerts magnetic field below the perpendicular on the end. And the distance btw capacitor plates is also small.. why can't the magnetic field be also due to the current nearby.

If velocity is zero then it doesn't mean acceleration will be zero(it's derivative) Similarly if magnetic flux is zero then its derivative with respect to time may or may not be zero
For example velocity at the highest point of a ball will be zero but there will be acceleration G in downward direction similarly is the case of magnetic flux and EMF
If velocity is zero then still its derivative acceleration cannot be zero similarly if magnetic flux is zero then also its derivative EMF can be non zero. Example of velocity and acceleration case is when a body reaches to maximum height its velocity becomes zero but still having acceleration equals to G
