It's obvious we'll end up looking like how we describe aliens. Our skin color will adapt to the dying sun (low sunlight) as well as as our eyes (bigger in size to see better in low light conditions). Kinda make sense to me....

Except ... no. The Sun is getting brighter, not dimmer, and will keep on doing so until either Earth has been engulfed or it has been scorched by the Sun, after it has gone red giant. Either way, we won't be living here when the Sun finally starts to fade out, having exhausted its fuel. Nobody and nothing will be.
Besides which, you're assuming that in the hundreds of millions of years that will pass before the stratospheric cold trap breaks down (and Earth loses its ability to support life), that nobody will find a way to travel between starts. A half of a billion years is over 100,000 times as much time as has passed since the dawn of recorded history in Egypt and today. We're going to have a while to work on this.

I don't care how large someone's eyes are, that won't protect them against cosmic rays. Cosmic rays are actually protons traveling close to the speed of light, and go right through whatever matter they encounter.

I have a very good friend who has been an archeologist for over 30 years and another friend who is a cosmologist and one thing they both have told me is that behind the scenes Darwinian evolution is dead.
They say that most scientists no longer believe in molecule to man evolution but don’t talk about it publicly because so many jobs and egos and a lot of money control the narrative and they need to gather more data to come up with a replacement for the evolution theory.
Turns out that our world is much more mysterious than we thought and our feeble minds and egos always want to convince ourselves that we have got it all figured out but history shows that the only thing that evolves and changes over time is science!
Looks like humans are turning into the aliens we think of...

In one million years, Sun would be so hot that living on earth will be equally challenging as living on mars. We might have to wear astronaut suits on our own planet.
It is more than 1 Billion!! And, if we are still around, we can either go to another planet, cool the sun, or move earth orbit further away from the Sun.
I think it's a lot longer than 1 million years before the Sun causes any significant heat increase. 1 million years is less than 1% of the lifespan of a star like our Sun.
Any changes to the Sun / Earth dynamic 1 million years from now will be no more drastic than the amount of change that's gone on from 1 million years ago until today.

U know. Humans can hold their breath underwater 30 sec to a 1 min, before they need air. Profectional athletes and free divers r trained to hold for 2 1/2 min, 7 mins is a world record. But a fishing village in the Philippines can hold for much longer. In 1 million years, we would most likely hold our breath 3 hours or more.
