There are paths for stuff like Irish Massachusetts and King Zog (yes from Albania) in New York City.
I feel like this game could have gone incredibly different if ISP hadn't fumbled the election, the invasion of Afghanistan, and the invasion of Iraq... so pretty historically accurate if you ask me.
