    4tsp amla juice+ 4 tsp alovera juice empty stomach.
    then after few hours 1 banana/ papaya/ apple with peal.
    - no salt with raw veggies and raw fruits.
    -brakefast 40 mins after fruits.

    Guru jee, Apples have chemicals layer on that now. If we eat it with skin, we are taking all these pesticides inside. It Also has wax layering. That’s why taking the skin off now is a kind of mandatory. What do you advise for that??

      If you want to losse weight ..
      So leave roti means gehu..
      You can have Daliya but not roti.
      Then exercise is a key t weight loss.
      Watch a video of baba ramdev in which he is showing "12 yogasan".... I did all that.

      I didn't leave rice.

    Mein Roz subah Senda namak 1.5 chammach Mila kar
    3 se 4 glass paani Peeta hu lag bhag 40 se 45 minute mein peeta hu
    Peet saaf karne ke liye
    Aur uske ek dum baad 5 minutes mein chai peeta hu just seh ek dum dast jaisa lagta hai 3 se 4 baar patli mal aa jati hai aur Peet Puri tarh saaf ho jata hai
    Maine yeh aadat pita ji ke kehne par shuru kari woh 25 varsh se paani pee rehe hai
    Aur meri aayu 34 varsh hai
    Mera liver fatty hai height 5.8 hai
    Weight 97 kg hai
    Vegetarian hu Sara din sitting ka kaam hai computer work b hai cervical pain hoti hai kabi kabi chakkar b aate hai
    Saalo se Kabz ki samasya hai bachpan se
    Ab raat ko ashwagandha aur shatavar Lena shuru Kiya hai aur din mein giloy b leta hun

      Yes, human digestion system is not designed to convert nonveg into your body, so please.... Leave that and without devotion or bhakti you can not leave it. So i suggest you to join ISCKON your habit of non veg eating will itself go

      संभवत: कफ के ज्यादा होने के कारण ऐसा होता होगा... गेंदे के फूलों के रस से मालिश करके देखें शायद परमात्मा कृपा करे। माताओं बहनों के स्तनों की समस्या में गेंदे के फूलों का अधिक प्रयोग है, पर कृपया एक बार डॉक्टर को दिखा लें मतलब चेकअप वगेरह करा लें सलाह ले लें पर दवाई ना लें
