    I saw the first word on the screen and I was like, "uh. Yeah. NO." Good for him! I'd be stumbling over myself. I really want to see you do Korean words now.

      I'm curious, is that word difficult to pronounce for even someone who is fluent?

      ***** Sort of, just have to make sure you read it carefully :P

    Made my friend have a go at pronouncing some very long Finnish words and tongue twisters haha! Certainly are challenging, even I got them wrong a few times xD

    Ok I'm now officially convinced that Finnish is the hardest language to learn in the world lol! My eye balls popped out when the first word came on the screen 😂 Where does one even start lol! Seriously respect for every Finnish speaking person right now! 😊👍

      Hahah it's an unusually long one though xD The welsh language has quite impressive words as well :P

      @cnano98 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would argue that languages like Chinese and Korean would be harder for an English speaker, since you have to learn the whole orthography on top of the language itself. Of the European languages, though, Finnish, Russian, and some of the more obscure island languages (Greenlandic, Icelandic, Faroese, etc) are quite difficult as well. I learned Welsh, Russian, German, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, and Icelandic while doing a study abroad program in university, and I'm in the process of learning Finnish now. Finnish is around the same difficulty as I remember Polish and Russian being, and Icelandic was pretty difficult to learn how to speak out loud because it has some pretty weird sounds. German has some pretty nasty words too, like Rindfleischetikettierungsuberwachungsaufgabenubertragungsgesetz :P

    May I am wrong but it seems not so hard to me :-) Of course there would be a problem with accent but the way of reading words is very similar to what we have in Polish (excluding special letters).

    Finnish pronunciation is kind of like Japanese, where one letter/character has only one sound. However, those Scandinavian letters are difficult for foreigners at first.

    Thanks, enjoyed that.
    Spelled same backwards and forwards = palindrome.
    ... and "j" in Finnish (and many N Europe languages) is the "y" sound in English. So it is phonetic, as is spelt.
    Just not same sound as English. Cough Plough Chough Thorough.

    You should give Hungarian a try. It's "slightly" related to Finnish and is also an agglutinative languague so you can a lot of long words. Hungarian in a gramatical sense is like Finnish and Estonian but with double the amount of sounds.
