Cyberpark is in golhalli entrance..you can stay in hotel manasa for a night and search nearby areas or you can try in prestige sunrise.. Or near by areas ..you will get good affordable apartments.. Neo town is also a good options.. But price is little high..

Just at the entrance oyo new andhra house is budget hotel... You can get numerous nearby those area.. 1bhk in doddathuguru depends upon your location nearest to the market.. I would suggest you to check out celebrity lay out 1bhk would be around 7k at max out it's quite a good area in terms of livability.. Whereas in konapana agrahara residential apartments near infosys gate no 6 are quite affordable and good

But would suggest you SRK silicana, prime city.. 2bhk would be 12k for unfurnished and 16-20k for fully furnished.. Excluding the maintainance.. Road condition from doddathuguru to velankini is not so good especially during monsoon but still better than those water logged areas that you can see in main city bangalore
I recently moved, a week back. Electronic City is a useless place. I have lived in Noida and here all the places you mentioned are all villages except Neeladri Nagar. I have been doing research and someone who is living in a decent society in Noida/Gurgoan will find electronic city utterly useless. Neeladri Nagar rents are as high as 32 k, please stay away from it as all owner has artificially increased the price due to the recent influx. At such an exorbitant price, I would better live t Koramangala or HSR Layout. The gentry is also lower middle class in all these villages and even in Neeladri Nagar.
How an owner can artificially increase the price. Its based on demand and suppy if people arent ready to pay that much how come the rent will become that much. If there are cheaper options people will choose those. Lets not compare Noida with Bangalore. Bangalore is the most liveable city in india.

I lived in Noida...for 1 year & now I am living in Electronic City..which is far better than noida.....@Noida...Pollution....High Heat in Summer...High Cold in Winter....Worst Place..I ever seen. Here in E-City Everything is Perfect....Village Name Doesn't Matter for me...to stay...look at the development 1st... There are 3 Mall only in E-City currently under construction..will be a game changer.

BANGALORE is for elite, lol.... Only middle class people are here in IT, seems like you have to understand meaning of elites. Elites means at least 20 crores salary and IT salary is at 1/30 of that. Electronic City Road condition out of central IT hub is pathetic as compared to Noida, infrastructure is too bad.
