    After 1 year bachelor came and ready to pay 20k for 1bhk and 30k for 2bhk as they shared among them.

      Simple measures. I too am very sensitive to bad food. I cook at home simple recipes. My cooking wouldn't take more than an hour everyday. Use at least four different oils for cooking. Don't worry too much about carbs and proteins, etc, that's plain bunkum. Meat and fish once a week. Fruits are mandatory but vegetable salad is even better everyday. Don't use any transport, mobike or car if the travel is less than two kilometres according to Google map. Not more than a large peg of whiskey or vodka/ not more than a bottle of mild beer when drinking.
      Stay healthy and cheers!

    Good PGs are available from 7000 onwards with food upto 15000 per head so why go for a hassle of staying in a flat where your living costs will shoot up heavily? Secondly learn to live in a minimalistic way so that your savings can save you tomorrow in case of uncertainties in your career. Party and outings are just temporary, your savings are permanent.

    If you go to office say once a week or even a month, avoid staying in Bangalore east (Marathahalli, Bellandur, Mahadevapura, Whitefield). These areas are very dirty. Stay in a place like Koramangala, HSR etc. Rent is also reasonable in these areas.

      @premalsingh441 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@abhishekshankar1136 Yeah maybe not too reasonable also 😂 but if you're having some greenery in these areas then it might be worth it. Not generalising but I've heard these areas are more residential. I've stayed in Mahadevapura and I can assure you the cleanliness etc is poor. Here at least you'll maybe get something better. Jp nagar is also good.

    • @premalsingh441
      @premalsingh441 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@keshavacharya1695 If you are planning to going office frequently then yes stay near to office. Pgs you can easily get anytime. But i think if you want cleanliness similar to that of a flat, the rent would be around the same only as flat. Can go for lesser but it'll cost you smaller room or not good surroundings etc

    Brilliant budgeting. When I came to Bangalore in 2022 I got a 1BHK at Brookfield for Rs7,000 but now it is double that figure. Your calculations are on the dot. I too made all the preparation just to make sure my living cost does not burgeon. I took rented wooden sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, washing machine, bed and mattress for Rs2,500 per month. I did not get a dining table because I stay alone and I am more of a friend-centric guy. Every evening a few friends (different group everyday, not more than four) would drop in after-hours for dinner. They would get some liquor. My pots and pans are small so I would make food for three people, and after drinking no one really cares about eating much. They love my meat, fish and eggs recipes with rice. My total groceries cost is Rs4,000 including canned water for drinking. My only uncontrollable cost is rickshaw fares to meet clients everyday. All offices are at least 15 kms away from Brookfield. I have to carry gear with me so rickshaw is mandatory. That alone costs about Rs15,000 every month. But my monthly cost of living in Bangalore was about Rs40,000 (all inclusive) when I started living alone in Bangalore.
    Btw, just as the house rent my expenses also went up gradually; by mid 2023 my cost of living is touching Rs60,000 mark.

    Make a video on Mumbai rental for those corporates who come outside of Mumbai with high expectations and low budgets . Here a 2 bhk is now minimum 60,000 in eastern suburbs while South Mumbai is 70,000 for 1 bhk.
    A day is not far when people will start taking loans for paying rents and deposit amounts. Btw am a realtor catering to major corporate companies. Feel sad for working professionals as 70-80% of their money goes towards expenses and zero savings.

    I am living in Navi Mumbai with my mom and dad for last 12 years....
    I can say it's not that expensive this side as our total family expenses is around 35k per month , also our earnings aren't that much that we can spend that much. But we do live a good life with all basis things covered.

    Hi @Anshika, very clear representation of expenses. Thank you for making this video. I am planning to shift to Bangalore this month in a single room PG. I am doing WFH as far as now and I am investing in saving instruments (PPF, Health insurance etc.)more than 50% of my in hand salary. And I found that may be I ll struggle to bear expenses. In hand salary is between 68-70K.
    How to deal with this? Can I bear expenses like partying (not much) transport ( I am bringing my bike) etc?

      For a lavish lifestyle in BENGALURU please plan to earn more than 3 lakhs per month. At your salary levels you can just lead a minimalistic life if you want to save money for your unforeseen expenses, contingencies and emergencies.

      @@kspradeep8397 video includes too many unecessary expenses.. probably its due to she don't have worry about future expenses.
