We know Amitabh is the greatest among all the actors that have ever been. Over here I saw that even when Ranbir is now so fast becoming the best actors of his time, he is so genuine. Asking all those questions to Amitabh asking his advice on each and everything he seemed to be a kid who just wants to learn more and more about his passion of acting and everything around it. If anyone develops such an attitude he/she will definitely succeed in life even if like Ranbir you give flops after flops people know there are very few like you who are the master of their craft and even if one day each and every everyone fails you will survive. As Amitabh rightly said don't go by ur flops everyone loves you thats why u r dere and they love u because u love ur craft like no one else. Respect man!!

I don't think the screenplay was great or neither the direction, too many flaws in the movie but ranbir stood out .It looked like he sang those songs .He played his part with perfection and with a depth that's rare in Bollywood , through the film it's Jordan and not ranbir kapoor that we see on screen .

The so called journalists of today should learn from Ranbeer , how he encourages Amitabh Bachchan to talk and not hog the show. He is not intrusive, he is respectful and brings out the best in Amitabh
I think this is the only interview where we got to know many small nuances in Amit ji's and Ranbir's life. Many untold stories came in front. Both of them were so graceful to handle them so well with their different take on life. After so many interviews of Amitabh ji, I find this one most connecting. Like a small boy Ranbir asked question to a legend who is also a grandfather. His advices were interesting. Lot of things to learn from & be inspired. Thank you India Today!

Evan 30 he's the best actor in my opinion too , he's been in the industry for 9 years made his career doing unconventional roles in his early career without the fair of failure even though he could choose the easy way but he choose movies which were realistic which i could connect to .In Bollywood actors fool the audience,he's a breath of fresh air if you watch his movies it's very clear that he prepares for his roles and his passion for acting comes across.extremely natural , I can't think of any actor who could do barfi apart from him he had to run the movie without any dialogue and use just his facial expressions without making it look slapstick like amitabh said in this interview he doesn't move a muscle in his face yet he's able to convey the message.credit is due where credit is deserved .
evan 30, hes the best actor in Aamir khans opinion as well(check his twitter) and in my opinion I think Aamir khan knows a lot more about acting nuances than any dicks here

I loved the interview. It was such a nice fruitful 45 minutes or so with so much to hear and know about them. Mr Bacchan is so humble and down to earth and so is Ranbir Kapoor. Ranbir, love the way you keep it so simple yet original. Just the way I like it, No extra melodrama no nothing, to the point and real. That is how it should be. Serious while serious and have fun when fun, and love the humbleness and easy going real nature you have. Love being like this and, I like being alone too , absolutely away from negetive people, things and feelings.
Amithab ji you are such a fine gentelman. Everything you say about Ranbir is true and somehow you treat him like a Father. Ranbir, your eyes are soooo expresive and you are a good actor and someday a great one. Love your respect and humble atitude.

Ranbir is better actor than srk,atleast in my opinion. But,if we talk of any actor to carry the legacy of Amit ji forward,then it's only srk. He even surpassed Amit ji in popularity as he is the one actor from bollywood whom majority of ppl in the world know,even more than Amitabh. And,he is not only a superstar,but a great actor as well. Now,if we talk of Ranbir,he is really really talented,but has his share in carrying the legacy much later. I mean,after srk,if there is someone who can be called a superstar or who can carry their legacy forward is Ranbir only.

This was such an amazing interview. It's beyond inspirational and I'm so glad I got to see this video. There were moments where I cried because it touched my soul. There's no shame in accepting failure, acknowledging hard work and asking even asking for work. These are such huge mega stars, yet they are so humble and dedicated to their careers.

At around 13 mins Ranbir Kapoor asked a very important question to Amitabh Bachchan and it was like a hint from Ranbir that the mobile phone is affecting even the calibre of a legendary actor in developing the skill. If Amitabh Bachchan had stayed away from social media, he would probably have even got an Oscar by now.

This is a very respectfully conducted conversation and Ranbir was a good mix of nervousness, respect and curiosity while interviewing a legendary idol and Amitabh was very sporting, clsssy, open to questions, encouraging a young actor and also being honest, detailed about his own craft. Loved Bachchan's detail to his craft and ability to point out his own flaws. He is a legend for a reason and it is good he keeps up with changing times and loves to use technology without complaining or acting ignorant. Bachchan connects with young people and changing times, keeps up with changes, which is why he is still going strong and has respect in new generation fans as well.
