Currently at 90%. Its 2 years on Dec 16th since we, W&W, filed in "evidence lane" with TDIU with 1 issue, Anxiety (70%). Why is the VA taking so long? My POC is Kayla G. Thank you for all you do for me and us veterans!
It looks like we are closely monitoring your case for a decision. We will let you know as soon as we hear anything different. Thanks for being patient and a great client!
@@egman5225there are many like me who file and 2 years later hear NOTHING from VA. Next step find a good attorney like WOODS&WOODS. Once your on VA radar with a VA approved attorney like WOODS they will make it right
@@egman5225 No, the attorney and the VA aren’t in cahoots, each claim and claimant are different. The VA will award quickly if prove you deserve it. The VA has zero interest in letting your claim sit for years so you get a huge pay day if you win. They benefit from a quick turnaround on claims that they approve. I had my appeal claim approved 9 days after Woods and Woods submitted it. They submitted it on January 11th 2024 and was approved on January 20th 2024

I have watched several videos from your channel. I wish you could talk in detail about what a veteran receiving IU at 100% pay can do with his or her money. Being on IU puts a veteran out of work and becomes dependent on the monthly benefits. Putting money thru a H.Y. savings account is too small to earn of an interest. Could you go over stocks, mutual funds, and of ETF investments please.
☘ Irish Honey Badger - (Richard McGinnis) Hi, my wife's new Jeep was initially financed via Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep on 5/5/2024. However, this due loan is added to my Home Loan. Please take note and fix this and resolve the money issue.
Hi, Richard! We wish we could assist every veteran who reaches out to us for help. However, we aren’t currently able to accept cases for those types of claims. You can visit this website to search for assistance with that: www.vetadvocates.org/
Veterans receiving TDIU benefits can also receive Social Security retirement benefits. A veteran who has reached retirement age who is collecting Social Security disability insurance (SSDI) can continue receiving their TDIU benefits. Hello, thanks for this information. I am curious, is the veterans spouse still eligible for survivor benefits if they are rated TDIU? In comparison to 100 P&T.
The VA will not consider income or assets when determining a widow’s eligibility for DIC benefits. Pension benefits do have income limits, but DIC benefits are compensation, not a pension, and therefore have no income limit.
