Bro I pray you get your channel to 2 million cause you deserve my man. Educational, fun, and watching you fall out of the boat and still posting it means you’re not prideful and used it as an educational video. Not many people would do that. So bless you my friend. Keep up the hard work.

Hi Steve, I have been enjoying your videos for a while now and I thought it was about time I dropped you a line ( no pun intended) It’s great to see the variety of fish that you catch and the various locations you fish. You are very entertaining and I have learned a few things from your videos. I can’t go offshore fishing due to health concerns, but I’m with you every time I see one of your videos, so thank you very much for keeping me in touch with the ocean and all of your adventures. Best wishes from your friend in Australia 🇦🇺 Rob T.

    MAN MAN MAN MAN !
That was a supreme dolphin fish!
That is IMO that bestest finest
eating piece of fish in the GOM.
I prefer to grill it slow over wood
or baked in the oven and just
S&P with lemon and butter either
    way.
It's hard to go wrong with jigs in
the GOM either single or a train
as here. Very nice all the way around. And taters are a must with fish
    Thanks for the video

Having fished multiple s in different sizes and colors, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 this is by far my favorite. One thing to be aware of is the sided willow blade. One side is silver and the other is the green/orange shown. This is not bad, just unconventional. In terms of fishing, I have found the lure works just fine without a tail like a craw or shad. That addition is up to you. Also, the hook part where you attach the swivel snap or tie the line is a problem on baits these days, since it's able to slide up and down. However this lure seems to be tight enough that that doesn't happen often, and you can solve it by putting a thin slice of medical tube over the hook before attaching the line. Like others have said, it's really magic on a good windy day.

An Advantage of a Bay Boat is you have a huge platform up front and the electric motor. I use these to fight large fish until they are tired and close enough to gaff. Then I raise the e-motor so as to not get tangled. For me, chasing a fish around a smaller boat is a pain

    Good Job !
As a suggestion, I wouldn't stop the boat. Slow it down but, by stopping it you allow the fish to swim all over and all around your other lines and your boat making it more difficult to gaff and land.
I fish solo, trolling sometimes with 6 rods. I can clear my lines and land the fish, even multiples, most of the times.
Try it. It works for me and will work for you.🙂

Stephen! I love watching your videos! I used to work with a guy named adrean right there in that marina going all over Arnica Bay. OSO is where I had my lunch everyday lol. I hope to bump into you one day when I make my way back down there. God bless brother and keep at 'em!
