- "Have you been urinating a lot again?"
From Seinfeld Season 4 Episode 5 'The Wallet': Jerry must be at his most creative when he has to explain to his visiting parents why he isn't wearing the watch they once gave him. George stupidly throws away the pair's fledgling series commitment from a TV network.

About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

This guy - Dr. Restin was also treating crazy Joe Davolla. I wish there was one episode jointly featuring them. Would have been epic.
“ you can and you will…”
No, I can't.
That’s textbook Svenjolly behavior right there.
Have we been intimate?
Yeah. Yeah, we've been intimate.
Alright, how often do we do it?
We do it 5 times a week.
Ooooooh Baby!!!!
😂😂😂
Oh man 🙄
Kramer's hair setting on fire is the funniest 😂😂😂😂😂
I don’t understand it though, his hair was clearly never anywhere near the flames from the stove.
“Elaine I’m concerned about you. Elaine…have you been urinating a lot again?”
I truly laughed out loud at that line. Took me completely by surprise. 🤣
@@Jim_LI know. This was so out of left field…to this day I have no idea what it’s supposed to mean but I laugh every time 😂I
A sign of anxiety.
Fun Fact: The Wallet was the first episode include Elaine in a major role. Julia Louis-Dreyfus was pregnant during the third season and was absent in "The Trip" and only had cameo appearances in "The Pitch" and "The Ticket". The plot line of Elaine in Europe while Jerry, George and Kramer in California was to accommodate Julia's absence.
In season 4, to be specific.
And you can see her using really loose cloths in those cameos.
Elaine's role was equal to everyone else on the show. They all always had a story.... LIKE this one. Not sure what you meant by that one. 🤔
That explains George's comment about Elaine looking great, which is very true. Pregnancy glow.
"Elaine. Have you been urinating a lot again?"
And her HUMILIATION
🤣🤣🤣🤣
"it's a tell, you got a tell"
Pure Larry David
You would think by now Elaine would have the sense not to rely on Kramers help knowing it will blow up in her face! Oh well, that's what so funny about watching Seinfeld.
Priceless. So modern and relevant. Fantastic scenario and script - and acting!
Haven't watched the episode. Just wanted to see the psychiatrist conversation and I skipped to 2:09 and got jumpscared
Best part of the episode: Kramer trying to sitting down. LMAO!!!! 🤣
YES
"Silence of the lamb" but with laugh track in the background.
Pretty much much all of the static scenes where filmed before a live audience, but I could be wrong about this particular one.
There's so much more to this episode that I hope there is a part 2.
Kramers reaction to his hair setting on fire is like something out of Looney Tunes cartoon 💀
1:59 kramer’s hair😂😂😂😂
You can and you will
2:47 just ah happened. Always makes me chuckle.
Yeah, uh.. I'll have a decaf-cappuccino.
- sorry, I don't think we have those...
That's strange.
- .and, why does that surprise you?
Well, it's a popular drink.
- this is an office.
That's True.
My wallet's gone!!! My wallet's gone!!!
Hate velcro with that TEARING sound.
Didn't George also have the woman who wouldn't let him break up with her. "EWW Mr. Apple, you have a brown spot!!".
2 women, at the same time 😅
Such a creepy dude
Psychiatrist are creepy
Oh my gosh. He's twisted...
You can and you will....
Psychiatrist looks like Hannibal Lector
Not even close
@@DrJ-hx7wv the new one, kinda?
@@DrJ-hx7wvSpot on : )
This scene with Dr Restin and the follow-up meeting with the "young man" Mr Kramer are among my favourite scenes from Seinfeld.
Elaine needs to do just one thing. And that is to.......
GET OUT!!!!!!!!!
The Dr wants to take it out
Maybe things were different in the 90s but today if a psychologist got into a relationship with a patient they would lose their license.
Wasn't any different back then.
Lol
This is a sitcom. These are actors. Her name isn't actually Elaine and the guy isn't actually a psychologist.
Same back then
Ah damn it, does that mean I can’t have physical relationships with my patients in the morgue? 🙁☹️💀
Relationship levels: 0:43
The psychiatrist’s demeanor is the one we all should be aiming for
A PSYCHIATRIST is a HYPOCRITE!!!
They are giving Advice without EXPERIENCE
@@salvadorcastillo6201 A professional psychiatrist doesn't give advice. This guy ain't a professional, at least not an ethical one!
uhhhh...no
This scene is the epitome of the show.
Iconic chaotic comedy of kramer is so hilarious 😂😂
Best show ever!!!
So... George just helps himself to Jerry's peanut butter and he just uses his fingers instead of a spoon.
Well, George ain't the most scrupulous person...
Is George really eating Jerry's peanut butter with his finger lol
How do you eat your peanut butter?
@Manhattan New York it depends but I don't certainly eat someone else's peanut butter by putting my finger in their jar lol
@@manhattannewyork-fr5pd I don't know whether you've heard of this new invention, but there is this thing called a "spoon".
My theory is that the crazy doctor Bishop, altered Joe Devolas meds, when he got involved with Elaine, sending him into a spiral that made him homeless.
Lol that's not Bishop from Aliens (Lance Henriksen, though he looks like him). It's Stephen McHattie, a very prolific Canadian character actor.
It's Night Owl from Watchmen, not Bishop. But I can see the resemblance, though.
Dr Bishop is the Hugo strange of this universe
The psychiatrist aside, I've known relationships with that dynamic and never understood how someone can have such a hold on an otherwise completely independent human being
He's a Sven Jolly.
@@stumarston6812 He has a very cheerful hold on her.
@@stumarston6812 😆
@@MLBlue30 exactly :)
@@stumarston6812 Don't you mean "Sven Gali" ?
2:09 lol!!
Why does this guy remind me of Hannibal Lector?
He does have that sinister, manipulative quality.
@@klina7645You mean the behavior of a Svenjolly?
@@crescentfreshbret Maybe he has a cheerful mental hold over Elaine.
Dr. Reston: “It’s a FAAAAKE!”
I always wanted to see this guy in one of his sitdowns with Joe Davola - might've been too freaky for TV. lol
So unprofessional. Not only that, that man was truly a sociopath. Elaine was really in danger while dating that man
Yeah, not sure you can joke about that anymore.
Guy, is that really you?
No wonder he was kind of late worrying about Crazy Joe Divola taking his meds.
I just don't see how that's relevant. It doesn't matter if you don't see how, I see how.
I like this guy
Back in those days seems like it would be easiest just to ghost someone. Don’t go see them, don’t answer if they come over etc. but that couldn’t happen on this show 😂
Proud graduate of the Hannibal Lecter school of psychiatry.
Uve been urinating a lot again, havent u 😳
2:48 Ehh… 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The beauty of Kramer ~ an inbuilt Whoppee Cushion ~ So quirky & strange ~ no doctor would ever demand of a patient or command an office visit of the lover ~ but this doctor gets a new patient 😅 Kramer
Around 30 drive.
Ill never understand why he asked her if she was urinating alot ? 🤔
Maybe she had mentioned in the past that when she felt anxious she went more often. But probably just a joke about doctors will casually talk about bodily functions.
Why is Elaine seein a psychiatrist in the first place? She's not crazy
She has issues
Not everyone who see's a Psychiatrist is Crazy.
You don't have to be "Crazy" to see a Psychiatrist.
Some people go just to discuss Their own personal problems in Life or even if They feel Depressed or Anxious.
Not because They're necessarily Crazy.
And besides/FYI ? :
Most Psychiatrist's are Crazier/have more Issues than Their Patient's do. LOL !
Most people who visit metal health experts and not “crazy”
@@roxyrose3157Why do you capitalize random words?
@@theskyybay420 Hmm, because I felt like it ?
The real question is :
why would You or anyone else care !?
😁🤷♀️🙄🤔🤣
😁
I sure wish I could smoke a ciggy or cigar in someone’s house especially if that someone is a non smoker
was Puddy unavailable or something
This was years before Puddy came along.
And then he sent Devola after her
IS THERE GOING TO BE A PART TWO TO THIS SKETCH BECAUSE IT HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE SHOW WHEN THE PSYCHIATRIST PRESUMABLY GOES PSYCHOTIC ON KRAMER CAUSING HIM TO LOSE BOWEL AND SPHINCTER CONTROL OF HIS WASTE RETENTION SYSTEM AND ENDS UP IN A MENTAL INSTITUTION FOR THE INSANE, AND ELAINE VISITS HIM IN THE NUT HOUSE EVERY DAY TO APOLOGIZE AND MAKE FUNNY FACES. AHAHAHA AHAHAHA LOL
No need to shout bro.
@@hugolafhugolaf Especially about the loss of bowel and sphincter control.
Another difficult episode to script Kramer into. They really had to twist and contort scripts just to get him in a scene.
I hate that guy
creeeeeep
Hate psychiatrist
So Elaine's Psychiatrist is Hugo Strange of Seinfeld. Adds to my theory that Seinfeld is a Sitcom version of Batman
That's what I liked about this show, normally woke Hollywood has the woman teaching men which is played out 🙄 but they made Elaine hella dysfunctional too 🤣
Same!
Woke Hollywood, whatever that means
Funny how the entire acting cast and writers for Seinfeld were all Lefties other than just the actor who played Mr. Peterman.
Before the days of overt agenda-pushing
@@mobus1603
Idk if they were lefties but they were definitely liberals.
