Thanks a lot for your response. this means a lot. in terms of the query, resource levelling was better understood but in terms of images for resource smoothing what is the yellow color that is above the resources. To be precise what happens to the extra resource that are added in the project ?
@@amar6705 In the resource smoothing diagram, the blue bars are the available resources applied to the plan. The hatched bars represent work reallocated to a time when resources can be available. The orange bars represent additional resources brought in to optimize capacity.
