What are the other options for preserving the same schedule dates after the resource leveling?

Just you have to Fix the Schedule Option during Scheduling your Dates will be Fixed Remain.Its mentioned in the vedio

Sorry for the delayed response. There are a lot of factors involved while using the resource leveling function in Primavera P6.its not applicable in all nature of projects. It depends on activity type and priority level.
