Nice video! Loved the walk. Been checking out your content a lot lately. Edmonton is a great city! What's the average house price in this area? Seems like upper middle class in this area.

This is definitely middle class in the 500-600K range. These houses are no larger than 4,000 sq feet at the most, and 2-3 car garages. Upper middle class is around the 6-8K sq ft range 4-5 car garages, front and rear balconies, pools, etc... Wealthy neighborhoods have it all on a larger scale plus amenities inside
