Easy Air Fryer Brats Recipe

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cooking oil (avocado oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, or olive oil)
5 brats (19 ounce package)
Recipe Instructions:
1. Remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer and brush or spray the tray with cooking oil. Return the air fryer basket to the air fryer.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Once the air fryer is preheated, add the brats to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Cook them for 15 minutes until they have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip them halfway through.
5. Once the brats are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool. Then enjoy!

No oil. First of all that’s the beauty of not having to fry! Secondly,it toughens the skin and makes it not as tender! Absolutely no oil needed in an air fryer.
