Just a heads up that you aren't allowed to keep Clock of the End in Diaboromon at 9:18. It's mandatory that it gets placed into the Battle Area. That being said this was an excellent game and I'm so happy to see someone other than myself using BT17 Diaboromon!
Diaboromon really just said “Call an ambulance, but not for me”. It was one thing to incorporate the actual timer from the War Game movie, but to follow it up with the music used in the Movie for Omnimon’s arrival? Incredible.
Man this is still the only channel on youtube that has me consistently loudly cheering and going "WHAT? NO WAAAY", with a huge smile on my face. Ahh my childhood relived. I adored the movie where diaboromon fought Omnimon for the first time. Great work on the video, and holy crap at the memory gain from diaboromon, and the speed of Omnimon
Misplays aside, that was really good. Honestly, I know Clock of the end is more thematic but I think I’d prefer running the EX6 and ace Diaboromon over the bt17 one. Fantastic match.
I wouldn't sleep on Clock of the End though. It's still an extra Diaboromon Token for 3 memory. Which will start costing less AND drawing your cards once you get the setups to get the memory back. And if you have the line that gives all your Diaboromon , playing and attacking with that token in the same turn is just equal take taking a Security from your opponent for 3 memory or less.
@@MrJapanUnderground I do see your positives and I do agree on some. I think I’m just seeing it from the “that’s a lot of ifs” aspect. Plus, I think most agree that the chance of you pulling the win condition is highly unlikely at best.
@@christopherbennett5858 It's easy to miss how a card can help sometimes. I play Diaboromon myself and a lot of people use to sleep on Catastrophe Canon for the same reason.

Funny thing, Omegamon could have won. At 5:34 they should've killed the token using Omegamon ACE's [Raid]. Without a [Diaboromon] to delete, the Infermon play wouldn't have worked, and thus Protagonist would have one more turn before the Diaboro spam started. And if they had another WarGreymon in hand (they _absolutely_ had another MetalGarurumon and Omegamon ACE in hand), they would have lethal on that turn, as they could Attack with Omegamon ACE to break 2 security, leave Diaboro at 1 security, then play MetalGarurumon, Warp Agumon into WarGreymon, with MetalGarurumon's [On Play], EoT Jogress into another Omegamon ACE, use Tai & Matt's [End of Turn] effect to force the newly-made Omegamon ACE to swing for game. Additionally, he could have also won on that next turn if he had Omegamon Alter-B in hand (since we saw he was running it), simply by evolving on top of Omegamon ACE, then discarding all three of Omegamon ACE, WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon while attacking to burn Diaboro's remaining security while wiping out any defense he would play (alongside the Arata to boot), and ending the game; the overflow not mattering as Alter-B would be mid-attack. No matter how you slice it, leaving that token alive was the wrong call every day of the week.

Ooooooooo my goodness!! Diaboromon just became more cranky and seriously super slick with his new abilities and I'm super excited to play this dude once he's upgraded when the set comes out to the UK.
That was a truly insane battle; these decks are, unsurprisingly, tailor-made to battle each other. However, I have to highlight that insane new SEC Greymon, and I can only imagine what broken plays its All Turns can facilitate

I think Protagonist misplayed at 5:34, and probably could've influenced the result of the game had he altered his play (not an illegal move, but a suboptimal play). What he _should_ have done is that, when attacking through Tai & Matt's effect, he should have activated Omegamon ACE's [Raid] to eliminate the Diaboromon token. This would have prevented the 0 cost evolution from Infermon into Diaboromon on the next turn. Yes, Paddy would have 1 more security, but Protagonist could have won on the turn after if he had WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon and another Omegamon ACE in hand (which going by the game state, he probably did). He would attack with Omegamon ACE, eliminate two of Paddy's security leaving him at 1, then all he'd need to do would be to play a MetalGarurumon from hand, Warp Agumon into WarGreymon with MetalGarurumon's [On Play], jogress into Omegamon ACE with the [End of Turn] from Agumon's inheritable, then use Tai & Matt to force the newly made Omegamon ACE to attack, which would finish the game.

Unironically, if CP had four BT-17 Dual tamers, did the standard play/ evolve by eff, suspend all four to get all that memory back, he could have hard play an Omnimon Ace to out Armageddonmon, then end of turn Jogress into a another Omnimon to clear the board and win

To my understanding, blast DNA digivolve isn’t the same as blast digivolve, you have to have both specified digimon (one in hand and one in play) in order to use said effect. You can’t blast digivolve the omnimon on the Wargrey without placing another Metalgarurumon under it from your hand as well.

This is an actual Diaboro's revenge from the old video from 3 years ago. The memories this match brings is endless. That Omni Blast Warp and the cards it has to support that is insane. Greymon being able to gain names makes the deck capable of doing crazy stuff just by evolving on names. Melga and WarGrey are not holding back either, being able to help the other reach the Ultimate stage in no time. That is to say, Diaboromon is VAST AND FAST. The amount of tokens it generated was insane, and that memory steal was insane. Not to mention, Armageddomon denying Omni ACE's [When Digivolving] was absolutely NASTY, I LOVE IT. Seems like [Clocks of the End] was the option Diaboro needed to boost his advance. The edits and musics on this video production was insane, both going back and forth. The clock that appears when Diaboro digivolves was so satisfying to see. Today's a good day to see old enemies fight, and CProtag, Paddy and Natasmi made this a memorable video to remember.
Firstly let me say despite the mistakes it was a hell of a game (pun sort of intended) and really show cased why Greymon and Garurumon decks will probably at least run Omnimon now as more than a blitzing final attacker but also reminded us just how close we came to Armageddon and why we should be grateful to Omnimon/Omegamon (depending on the dub) for putting down this fiend. This was truly a grim look into how things could have gone if not for the miracle of the first and most powerful of DNA/Jogress evolutions stepping in to save humanity with his supreme shooting skills and simply transcendent swordplay.
Wouldn't the BT-17 Diaboromon also trigger the extra draw and memory effect making it 4? (1 for the BT-17 Diaboromon, 1 for the two tokens, 2 for the Arata tokens)

I know Diaboromon can digivolve to Armageddomon but I wish it could fuse with another Digimon to get it's own "Omnimon". Maybe fuse Diaboromon with Nidhoggmon to get Abbadomon Core?
Your misplays are not the major issue as you both played the option "Saban Dub Music". With it's effect Haim Saban comes after this video to suspend and delete it. CP and Paddy: WHAT?! Seriously though, great duel guys and I'm sure this video won't get flagged.
How was omnimon able to blast dna when all he had was wargreymon on field did he not need anther metalgarurumon since one was already under wargreymon?
How do you jogress digivolve with only 1 digimon? The omnimon ace says dna only with both metal and war. No criticism just wanting to stay up to date with rulings(im very new)
Blast DNA works when the opponent attacks by DNAing with a specific name on field and in hand. Its less generic. in this case it needs MetalGarurumon and WarGreymon rather than just red and blue level 6.
Blast Jogress uses one card in the hand and one card on the field, but the requirements are less generic than a normal Jogress. For instance, Omegamon ACE's normal jogress requirements are a level 6 with Greymon in name and Level 6 Garurumon in name, but its Blast requirements EXPLICITLY require a WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon. Ragnaloardmon ACE works similarly; its normal jogress requirements are Red Level 6 and Black Level 6, but the Blast Jogress _only_ works with Durandamon and BryweLudramon.
Not that anyone cares, but I am a truck driver. I love this game so much and wish it nothing but success. But can we please get a TCG version of it for iPhone and android? 😢

When the don't has a Digimon like Armageddon the digivolve Effekt alone is worth it.

That Omni Blast Warp and the cards it has to support that is insane. Greymon being able to gain names makes the deck capable of doing crazy stuff just by evolving on names. Melga and WarGrey are not holding back either, being able to help the other reach the Ultimate stage in no time.
That is to say, Diaboromon is VAST AND FAST. The amount of tokens it generated was insane, and that memory steal was insane. Not to mention, Armageddomon denying Omni ACE's [When Digivolving] was absolutely NASTY, I LOVE IT. Seems like [Clocks of the End] was the option Diaboro needed to boost his advance.
The edits and musics on this video production was insane, both going back and forth. The clock that appears when Diaboro digivolves was so satisfying to see. Today's a good day to see old enemies fight, and CProtag, Paddy and Natasmi made this a memorable video to remember.
Firstly let me say despite the mistakes it was a hell of a game (pun sort of intended) and really show cased why Greymon and Garurumon decks will probably at least run Omnimon now as more than a blitzing final attacker but also reminded us just how close we came to Armageddon and why we should be grateful to Omnimon/Omegamon (depending on the dub) for putting down this fiend. This was truly a grim look into how things could have gone if not for the miracle of the first and most powerful of DNA/Jogress evolutions stepping in to save humanity with his supreme shooting skills and simply transcendent swordplay.
Wouldn't the BT-17 Diaboromon also trigger the extra draw and memory effect making it 4? (1 for the BT-17 Diaboromon, 1 for the two tokens, 2 for the Arata tokens)

I know Diaboromon can digivolve to Armageddomon but I wish it could fuse with another Digimon to get it's own "Omnimon". Maybe fuse Diaboromon with Nidhoggmon to get Abbadomon Core?

With blast digivolve you only need one Part on the g

How do you jogress digivolve with only 1 digimon? The omnimon ace says dna only with both metal and war. No criticism just wanting to stay up to date with rulings(im very new)
Blast DNA works when the opponent attacks by DNAing with a specific name on field and in hand.
Its less generic. in this case it needs MetalGarurumon and WarGreymon rather than just red and blue level 6.
Blast Jogress uses one card in the hand and one card on the field, but the requirements are less generic than a normal Jogress. For instance, Omegamon ACE's normal jogress requirements are a level 6 with Greymon in name and Level 6 Garurumon in name, but its Blast requirements EXPLICITLY require a WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon.
Ragnaloardmon ACE works similarly; its normal jogress requirements are Red Level 6 and Black Level 6, but the Blast Jogress _only_ works with Durandamon and BryweLudramon.
