How to Create User Account in Windows 10 | with Local OR Administrator Privilege

- Hello friends,
In this video we will see about user accounts mainly there are two types of user account in windows computer.
first one is Administrator account and second is user accounts or local or standard user accounts.
if we talking about administrator account then this type of account user can change any computer configuration or resources. Like installing new device, make changes in major configuration, perform network related task.
But if we talking about limited privilege account user then it cannot do anything compare than administrator accounts. Because administrator account has full privilege to do and can change any thing in computer.

Trying to run a batch file with the new user, but it's not running while the same is running with the default user, the new user has both user and admin rights, should I remove the user rights to make it work ?
It should be run if user have admin privilege. try to run as admin, if works then remove all rights from new user and again give "administrator" rights, Hope it will work.

login with administrator account...goto computer->manage->users and group please check how many users are available here...

press start -> and search "user control setting" you will see "change user control setting" just click on it...
*you will see a window that has slider:*
after that -> slide this slider to upper towards "always notify"
after that-> ok
*and you are done... now check again*
This was made in 2017? There is no excuse for these typed out instructional videos anymore, they are very old fashioned. There are loads of free text to speech facilities you can use if you dont want to use your own voice.
