Love the apartment. Nice to see the map of the world fully upon the wall. Your cost is awesome I pay $1650 plus utilities but I live very close to WEM. In Toronto it costs double. I love how practical you guys are and keeping things low is the best thing. I came to Alberta because everything was cheaper. I also love the fact that there were Christians school that didn’t cost a whole paycheque a month. You guys will fit in very well
Nice! thanks for sharing. I've heard Toronto may be best suited to people who're already coming in with work or perhaps single, what are your thoughts?
@@ibrahim6960 Toronto is over priced. If you already have a house and both persons has a high paying job then it is great. But if you think long term if your children will be able to afford living there or if you want a more stress free life then it is not a good idea.
@@liveeatclean oh I see. And most people would agree with you judging by how many Canadians are actually moving out of places like Toronto and Vancouver.
The apartment is great it has so much potential and thank you so much for giving me a clear idea of the process of how you all did it and adding the link makes it stress-free when looking for a reliable site you know with all the scams out there
Nope not all basement is dark. I live in Canada and there is lots of walk out basement with lots of natural light. I love your town house. Congratulation and welcome to Canada.
You are right not all basements are dark. However I disagree with " there are lots of walk out basements" . They have some but for every 10 basement apartment advertisement you see on websites and Facebook marketplace maybe only 2 will be walk out, if as much. That also means that if you go specifically for a walk out basement you will have very limited options to choose from.
That's great. We do share mostly vlogs though. It gives an idea of daily living etc. If you want more information there are other channels some even run by immigration consultants that talk in depth about the technical details of the immigration process. How far along are you in your relocation journey?
For your chapped lips try Blistex Lip Medex (the blue one) it really works for me during the winter and its medicated. It might tingle a bit but it works. It’s sometimes at Dollarama, Walmart, Superstore etc. I hope you got the parking sorted out. Homeowner or tenants do pay for the parking stalls so I can see why that person left that note. Also if you are not parked in your assigned parking stall you can be towed without warning. Welcome, I just found your channel and I love it here.
Hi welcome. I look forward to hearing more about your homeschooling. And learning more about your family. Would love to private message about homeschooling
You’re very fortunate. Most immigrants aren’t able to start off with their ideal place starting off. The main reason is income. (I have a U.S. perspective, however, so may be different there). The place is very nice and cosy. All the best on your journey.
I disagree that we are “very fortunate”. Most immigrants that I have met or heard from are able to afford a decent place. Those that cannot are usually those who land in big cities like the GTA and Vancouver. Or students who have massive fees to pay while being unable to work full time. And of course illegal inmigrants. But most persons who land here as Permanent Residents, can afford a nice place to live. Speaking about Canada of course, that’s where my experience is based on. But I do agree that it’s nice and cozy. Grateful we found it 🩵 and thanks ☺️
Great content, very informative. Thans for your generosity. I m moving to Edmonton in few days and I am wondering guys if I can get Kelise's contact please. Thanks and all the best

Lively apartment. Do you guys pay any condo fees?
Thank you. We don’t.
Hi .. really 1400$ good price , Do you have tenant upstairs?
There is a family upstairs. Not sure if they’re renting or if they own it though.
@@lynnellb but in this case it’s not considered townhouse cuz it shouldn’t be there a tenant either upstairs or downstairs
Please can you give an estimate of how much the agent will charge for her services?

@@lynnellb wow not even CAD?
Has your family found a home church yet?
We have. Now we are scoping out what ministries we would like to be a part of.
Hi guys
Heyyy! Blessings! 🥰
Why did you move to Canada?
I don't know if I can do this question justice in one comment. But the short answer is that we thought it was the next best step for our family.

Thank you! ☺️ I need translation for the first part though 😅
