If you are not married, you should provide. But if otherwise, marriage certificate is already a strong proof. Unless you got married and had only a short time of living together as a married couple.

Hi. What we did, only 1 works full time and the other one part time. Or you can have fixed days, alternate. You can request childcare at work and they will happily arrange your schedule. Cons-you might not be able to see each other if both works full time. Or if you have enough budget for child minder (or yaya as we say) then you can have that.

Your certificate of sponsorship is what you need. I am not so sure about the reference letter that you mentioned. Is that your contract? If yes, then you don’t need that. It can be an additional document. But the COS is already enough.

Hi. I am no expert in this but what I have read is it is quite challenging to bring your 18year old son regardless of who the father is. You have to prove that there’s no one who will be able to provide and care for your adult child. Consult your situation to agencies or someone you know who have the same situation with you and was able to bring their 18 year old.

Hello po. I am totally unsure of this but if single parent, you have to add on a document that states na sole custody mo ang child. If not, then the father’s approval consenting na okay sya madala mo ung son nyo to UK with you. However, 17 na kasi sya, so di ako maxadong sure if need padin nito. But I believe, dependent mo padin kasi ung bata if 18 below.
It depends po Sa inspector nyo. It changes. So samin they brought the requirements that we submitted sa visa para just in case gusto nila halungkatin and my OEC. Pero 2 yrs ago pa un so ngayon meron na akong nababasa na may need pang ibang requirements.

For Yes in maintenance(just make sure your COS has no note that says maintenance is for employee only. Since some has that), it’s not mandatory to submit these documents. But if you have those handy, you may submit. Depends on your decision.
Most likely only a visit visa unless you can prove strongly that you are the only one responsible for your uncle and aunty - ex: you are providing all their needs and no one can take care of them back in your country. However, it has a very low probability to get approved since your uncle and aunt may have siblings to fulfill that role. Even your own parents, it’s hard to acquire dependent visa for them. Only visit visa.

And regarding sa pag declare na house for you pagdating, it’s up to you po if you’ll mention it or not. Meron daw iba na hindi naman na nagmention at okay lang ung results. If you are not a British citizen, and you are currently under a working visa, you should have this vignette (or UK visa) pasted in your passport after you have applied a UK working visa.

If the main applicant is yet to come into the UK, can the dependent use the CoS as evidence of permission to enter or remain in the UK?

It depends po Sa inspector nyo. It changes. So samin they brought the requirements that we submitted sa visa para just in case gusto nila halungkatin and my OEC. Pero 2 yrs ago pa un so ngayon meron na akong nababasa na may need pang ibang requirements.

For Yes in maintenance(just make sure your COS has no note that says maintenance is for employee only. Since some has that), it’s not mandatory to submit these documents. But if you have those handy, you may submit. Depends on your decision.

Most likely only a visit visa unless you can prove strongly that you are the only one responsible for your uncle and aunty - ex: you are providing all their needs and no one can take care of them back in your country. However, it has a very low probability to get approved since your uncle and aunt may have siblings to fulfill that role. Even your own parents, it’s hard to acquire dependent visa for them. Only visit visa.

Hi po. I think it’s fine. This is not in my experience so di ko masabi 100% sure pero ung iba managed to process everything together. So I believe it is possible.

@@ironnealivio484 yes okay lang din naman yan kaso in the future, baka ma question kayo sa ILR bakit di kayo same address ng ganito ganyan na time lalo na dependents nya kayo. And regarding sa pag declare na house for you pagdating, it’s up to you po if you’ll mention it or not. Meron daw iba na hindi naman na nagmention at okay lang ung results. Pero actually di din naman tlga nila tatanungin ung house arrangements nyo sa pag apply ng dependent visa.

What is vignette? I applied for my family visa. I also work in NHS
If you are not a British citizen, and you are currently under a working visa, you should have this vignette (or UK visa) pasted in your passport after you have applied a UK working visa.
