Hello po. If ung passports and other legal documents like id’s na isusibmit mo sa application will not be the same anymore na single surname pa, then yes, need to request new COS kana. Just inform your HR na you need it for your dependent visa application. Nagbibigay naman yan sila.

At first wala akong agency sa pinas kasi pahirapan nga mag apply pag direct ka pinas. So naghanap ako ng direct na agency sa uk at dun ako nag submit ng application. TTM healthcare solutions ung agency na un. Once na approve nila ako, tinawagan nila ung ph agency nila na tawagan ako at e process na papers ko which is JScontractor sila naka tap. @@ma63814 hello ma’am, update po ma’am my nahanap na po ako na agency ASC po. Yes po still pahirapan po wala Kc masyado hiring. Sabihan nyo nlng po yung sister nyo na during interview wag na sya mag choosy ng area po Kc mahirap talaga ngayon walang hiring po.

In my time, it’s not mandatory to take ielts before cbt. But mandatory when you take for osce.

You can start trying to fill in the online application form. Since you can save it. Usually it takes a lot of time filling it in. Then once done, if finally you want to submit and pay the visa already, make sure you have an appointment for TB IOM before biometrics of your dependent/s.

@harisshah5521 they will have different application anyway. But the cover invitation letter will be the same for each. That is where you will explain why they are visiting you in the UK. Also, while answering the online application, there is a part where they ask if where they will be staying. Try going through the application first. You can save it and go back to it later if along the way you get confused.

Hello. Hindi ko po masagot na 100% sure. Complicated po kasi pag single parent. Tapos you have contact pa sa father. Ask ko lang. hindi kayo married nung papa nila? Sa papa ba nila sila naka apilyedo? Ikaw lang ba lahat ng sustento sa mga anak nyo eversince? Nakatira ba sila under your roof sa pinas? Kasi it’s safe not to give the idea that may contact pa kayo sa father kasi high chance ma deny ang visa ng mga anak nyo. Better have a strong proof of document that the father is out of the picture. And NO dapat masagot mo jan kasi if nag yes ka, meaning no need mo sila dalhin kung may legal parent/guardian naman sila sa pinas. Better have an affidavit from the barangay na it’s you ang your family lang ang nagpalaki ng mga anak mo. Have witnesses to sign that document too. And if you’re not married with the father, submit a cenomar as well.

I actually answered a no in my child’s application since I was also confused if the question is for me or the child. But our visa application for our child got approved smoothly.

@elchristianmherramos5309 naka yes ung maintenance ko so no need kami magsubmit. But if naka no ang maintenance ng wife mo, you really need to submit bank statements. And titignan tlga yan ng home office.

@elchristianmherramos5309 opo. Tama. Wala po sa adult. Sa kids lang. and hindi porket wala sa adult eh hindi na nila tignan ung sa kids na document/s. Titignan po tlga nila yan. Kaya may individual application each kahit family kayo. My advice, kung ano isagot mo sa isang anak, un din sa lahat ng anak nyo kasi mas magtataka ang home office bakit iba iba ang sagot ng magkakapatid. As for my experience, my friends and I, answered a NO and all our child visas are approved smoothly. Sadyang nakakalito kasi yan na question if it is intended sa parent/s or sa child. Either way, i think hindi maxado malaki ang bearing nya kasi naapprove naman kaming nag NO.

Hi. I started processing right after I passed my exams - ielts and CBT. Since the health declaration is only valid for 6 months. And yes, the certificate of good standing was required in my time (2019) so I don’t know if it still is now.

@aikcastle5043 yes you can. But I suggest, when you pass both exams, find an employer right away because these exams expire in 2 years. Then when you have an employer, process the health declaration and the cert of good standing (if needed in this time).

@mrsfelinacapulso i already passed both, it's just that the interviews for international nurses wanting to enter UK are in hold.
