I love ribs especially beef short ribs but here in NYC they're too expensive so I haven't bought them in years. This meal had me salivating Chef. Especially on these cold winter days you really do need a good hearty meal that can warm you up and keep you full. Another great meal Thanks again Chef.

Always keeping it interesting. I have been doing a bit more indoor stuff (where my wife rules) but also little more gas outside or just charcoal with a small bit of smoking wood. Just mixing it up and letting the protein not get dominated by smoke flavor. It’s all good. Like you, (not at your level) I like varying things and doing more and more eyeballing and feel as to what goes into it. Enjoyable for me but I have been in the penalty box a time or two when I didn’t do something exactly like it was before!

Other recipes I’ve seen says we need to seer the meat first before pressure cooking ?? Mine are sitting on the refrigerator waiting to be cooked. 😊 I guess I got my answer at the end with the broiling! 🙂

Hi Chef, dont i wish! meat and fish are so expensive here most of us cant afford it! CHINA buys all the best stuff and if we want anything we have to pay what they do. At the moment we are paying $14Aus a pound for small lamb chops etc. The meat you show on your videos most of us can only dream about! Looking forward to your next masterpiece. All the best. Tony.
