Dang. I'm an all day breakfast kind of guy and it looks like I'm going to have that today. Too many people WAY overcook pork / pork chops. They heard that if it's undercooked you can get sick. That's poultry. Not pork. Pork dries out pretty quickly and then it gets tough. I like mine just how you cooked it. Also, I never look at the directions for oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, Coco Wheats or grits. I don't even measure how much water. It's all by feel. Thanks for another stellar video. Edit: Year 3 for Thanksgiving Pit Barrel Turkey at our house. My wife won't let me cook it in the oven anymore. LOL.
