This is some good video, allowing us to visualize events that I grew up reading about in books and was forced to imagine. But there are also often errors because it is AI generated content.
It’s good but many other like kings and generals, the operations room and a few others also have been very consistent for just as long, not saying yarnhub is bad have been watching since their 3rd channel vid that have gotten tons of ether in many different respects
I feel like lots of people forget about the USS Saratoga and her actions during 42' Eastern Solomons, 43' island hopping campaign air support, 44' helping the British, and her tragic attack in 45' when 6 Japanese aircraft only 6 crippled an entire carrier. With 5 direct hits and three of them kamikazing her. Quite a feat for the Japanese that late in the war, with such accuracy as well.
The most decorated ship of ww2, a ship who had her flight deck nigh unusable after Santa Cruz and STILL sent out full strength flights and sank the IJN Hiei and many transports! This video is amazing at showing just how far this crew will go for vengeance personal or national! Brilliant Job Yarnhub!
@@chrisazure1624 Yada yada .. it's not literally an eye for an eye, it's talking about justice And penalties that should not exceed the crime.. But Jesus takes it to the Next level by saying... Forgive Everyone who wrongs you.
Yarnhub, once again you've outdone yourself. Everything about this video from voice acting to action and most importantly the animation are top-notch as always. Dickinson's exploits to avenge his friend Miller is also what started the legendary career of the USS Enterprise by striking back at the Empire of Japan with the destruction of the I-70 making it the first ship to be sunk by the Big E.
*Lieutenant Dickinson's relentless pursuit of justice for his fallen comrade Miller is a testament to the strength of friendship and the unwavering spirit of our heroes. His determination to sink the I-70 was not just an attack-it was personal. A true moment in history.*
I watched a few older vids a few days ago, and this just shows how much this channel has committed to refining its quality. Keep up the great work, all.
it truly is amazing how far you boys at the Yarnhub team have come, starting with a minimalist and simple 2d video on a channel which at the time seemed like a side project, to a precisely rendered and accurate 3d video on a channel with one and a half million subscribers! I remember watching your first video, (the mad jack one) being amazed by it and then later during dinner casting it to the TV in our family room to show my parents, they didn't care but i was going crazy over it, so much so that i wrote a report on it for school. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen, now if you'll excuse me, i've got to learn about how a pilot sank a submarine to avenge his friend!
These renders, along with the sneaky "Like, comment, subscribe" and the transition to the ads are just getting better. Brings a litlle bit of fun to the videos
You should do a video to cover the whole attack on Pearl Harbor in detail from both prospectives. I know it would be long, but it would be totally worth it
I do not mind the wait. I always believed in quality over quantity, and I know Yarnhub is not one to rush out cheap content. I am in full support on this, no matter how long this would take ♡
I've noticed that the landing scene was wrong... he must go behind the carrier to land not at the front... but Good video though I LOVE how yarnhub makes videos like this to educate us about ww2
@@luisr614 You can clearly see in the photograph that the smoke from the CVs island is blowing to the left. With his back to the carrier's island it would mean he came around and landed from the stern. When aircraft carriers are recovering their planes they ALWAYS turn into the wind so the pilot can make a safe landing at lower speeds than if he weren't landing into the wind.

Those PHs are how we get those real life photos in the videos. Nowadays they’re MCs. Without them we wouldn’t have those snapshots of the real people. Great video!
Another great video! Thank you! Dickinson sure saw a lot of action, including two of the war's most eventful battles! Interesting that a week or so later, off Wake, a US Marine pilot sank a Japanese sub as well. Yarnhub - please make a 4 part series about Wake Island! So much happened there in such a short time. After Pearl Harbour, Wake occupied the headlines as the US public hoped to see if the island would be saved. It saw the first defeat of a Japanese seaborne invasion force in WW2, and the small number of US marines put up an outsized effort.

Luckily for America their Aircraft Carriers weren't in port. Pearl Harbour was nowhere near the success that the Japanese expected. I would love to have seen Admiral Yamato's face when told that no carriers were hit or sunk. Cheers Yarnhub. Another great post! 👍❤️🍻🇦🇺

The ad transition totally made me yell out, "wtf?"

Bro I swear these are top notch, if he makes a movie and it gets popular, who would be surprised? No literal one.
the quality of this is absolutely insane, not only for a youtube video, that's better content than most of the thing on the tv
Great animation, but at 11:30 Dickinson is not going the right way for landing because the arresting wires are on the back

“Wait why’s he landing on the front?” 😂
He also took off without a bomb, but suddenly had one to engage the sub.
