This - THIS! - is what sets Ben n Erin apart: the personal touch, the attention to the values that truly matter, the affirming of the very best in the home owners and their family, the honoring of precious family and personal traditions that just make life...a thousand times better! Oh Ben n Erin, you truly make the world a better place!
I absolutely love the husband's enthusiastic reaction. 💙 What a sweet couple. They clearly loved it, and there is a lot to love. So, so beautiful. They are going to enjoy every square inch of that place. Another thoughtful renovation by Ben and Erin.
This is the perfect example of a typical home with beautiful, contemporary materials, not too much, allowing the original structure and interior to shine 😊 In Australia and New Zealand these old houses are treasured. ❤
Special affirmation heartfelt at table .. hee can nap in the rain at end of bath lane ...aww porch project as heirloom supplementing the travels/money/laughter
It looks wonderful and everything matches. BUT... does everyone realize that none of the furniture, or decor items, stay with the house? Only the stuff made by Erin and Ben for the couple stays. The items staged for the reveal are mostly from Erin's furniture store, and cost extra if the couple buying the house want them. Kinda double-dipping if you ask me. I hope the couple buying the house get that information at the beginning.
@daveduncan9005 Yes, the homeowners are told in advance about staging. They understand that it's for TV so they're not showing an empty renovated house. Some houses that Erin & Ben do have the new homeowner's furniture & other important pieces (e.g. table, piano, etc.).
Sometimes I think they've inspected and know the problems BUT act surprised on Camera to create drama for the show. They have been in business too long to be unaware of inspecting a home BEFORE buying it
Unfortunately, in most states in the U.S. its "Buyer Beware" when it comes to buying real estate! Probably, a best practice would be to hire an independent appraiser before buying to determine all the strengths and weaknesses of your proposed purchase property. Yes, it will cost money up front, but will protect the buyer from surprises like this one.
I think that they have been inspected and then the scriptwriters add that 'surprise' to create drama. Same with other series on this channel where they find massive water damage and other disasters. I must say, though, that my house did have an inspection, but the pest control company claimed there was no egress to the attic. They lied. AND, they ended up having to pay to house me when I moved out for the tenting that they also did free. Fortunately, the termites swarmed barely two months after I'd moved in so there wasn't much in the pantry I needed to bag up. And, there wasn't any structural damage that needed fixing.

Not my colors or style, but still a great job. I love it that Ben makes personal pieces for people. He must have a lot of fun with each unique piece.

Great video lovely xx😊.
What a Beautiful Home
Your best ever! Absolutely gorgeous and calm.
someone would have loved to have the kitchen they trashed.
Who is "someone"? You? Then go get it.
It did seem like they could have removed the cabinets carefully and donated them.
When anyone tears up the oak cabinets, I want to cry. Donate them to someone if you can save them.
Hello most wonderful husband n wife team❗️❗️💯👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😀
yes, husband is adorably hot
What colors and brand of green paints did they use I wonder. They're very soothing.

Lovely home, but how are you going to clean and dry behind the bathtub?

I get a kick out of this region's people adding "so much" as emphasis! 🙂🙃😊
Don't they do a termite inspection?
Yes, but inspections can't disclose damage that's hidden within the walls of a house.

And this one had foundation damage from it, so that would have been found in an inspection.
The guy in blue and the cap ,,,he IS good looking isnt he .
i found him sexy the first second i saw him. he has something that men who like men just feel right away
Pity them seeing problems n cost/restore increase first hand as part of reno
I don’t understand why none of the homes have been inspected they are putting out a lot of money so why no inspections .

❤ ihr seid spitze ❤
Wes, in the lime green .....mmmmm he is handsome .
Not a fan of this reno. As long as the owners love it, that's all that matters. I just don't like the decor.
Why didn't he go in
Wutz w/ Refrigerator?!
WHY are they wrecking perfectly good kitchen cabinets, that could have been used elsewhere? By people who needs them.
😍😍😍
Ugh cheesy acting makes painful to watch
Don’t watch…….
