I too am an adult with a big shelf of dolls and vintage toys and I love it! I call it my fun shelf! Some people don't get it, especially when it comes to dolls, but I say, if Legos, Funko pops, and action figures are fair game, then let me enjoy my little plastic women in peace.
the commentating comes out rude. why do they make it sound like she's a freak because collecting dolls. whoever did the audio for this, who hurt you? anyways love Emma even more because her house has so much character it's not just another bland trendy house, it has so much meaning.
Aww I think it's the most endearing thing about Emma 🥰 She appreciates dollls and understands they're art too, which most people don't get and trivialize. Emma has always been kind of outside the box, and that makes her cool 💕💕🙌🏻
I love to see more adults openly collecting, especially the unboxers. I can appreciate (and own some) in-boxes, but for me and a lot of us doll nerds that’s just not as fun!! :D
ToxicSugar - I wrestle internally, for hours, after getting a doll I've really wanted. I still have my "Rainbow High" 1st-edition "Georgia" MIB...but ohhhh, sometimes I feel myself *so* tempted. 😏
i love emma even more for this!!!! TAKE THEM OUT OF THE BOX IF YOU WANT TO EMMA THEYRE YOUR DOLLS SO FORGET EVERYONE ELSE🗣️ and the whole “creep eyes” and “ArEnT u ScArEd tHeYrE gOnNa CoMe To LiFe🙀” thing was kinda annoying but whatevs lol
Really old dolls that are still in great shape and were part of limited runs way back when could fetch up to $300,000 these days, though you're more likely to have dolls in your collection worth between $5 and $10,000 max.
I take mine out of the box too, except two that I haven't been able to bring myself to open: the original Totally Hair Barbie, and the deluxe Hollywood Hair Barbie set.
adults who act like fashion dolls are creepy are far stranger than adults who collect dolls - like why are you scared of a shelf of Barbies?? I don't understand.
The commentary is demeaning and the person doing it (if they wrote the commentary) sounds miserable. It’s really cool that she collects these and she has good taste in vintage dolls that are unique. Also looked like a Mark Ryden Barbie back there 👌
Why do I want drunk cowgirl Barbie. Also a huge doll collector. Been trying to do more in-box stuff lately. I don't have room for anymore tbh, but that is not stopping me 😂
Poor Western Barbie, I haven't seen with good eyes because they always end up drifting away making her look wasted even though she's supposed to be "winking". lol
Yep! Common for collectors. To keep them mint. Usually because sometimes collectors like to trade or resell things to keep their worth and not to damage them. With older dolls people really don’t want to remove them from the packaging, plus if you know something isn’t your favourite you’d leave them unopened just in case someone else might want them.
Im good I got fear dolls after chucky movie. Should listen my parents they said I wouldn’t like movie. Also why did voiceover person sound little rude about dolls it’s only wall not like its whole house.
I do it as well.. Main reason for me is space. I live in a tiny apartment, and taking them out does for sure let me display more dolls than what I could have if in box.. I know that taking them out affects the value, but personally I buy them for my own enjoyment and not to "invest". I have actually noticed how much fun I have posing them, adding a theme to the shelf with custom wallpaper and accessories etc. So far the only thing I have regretted is not taking them out sooner!! All of us have different opinions and preferences and most important thing is to do what makes you happy and make the most of it! ♡
They're chunks of plastic that bring joy to people, I don't see why they must be confined to children only. Life's too short to not revel in the harmless things you enjoy.
Nothing wrong with having a hobby that brings joy! :) Honestly, people can collect anything.. But if you think about how many of those collections that insists of "toys for children" I think you will be surprised at how common it is! It can be anything from dolls to cars etc. Its fun, and for a lot of people nostalgic and special☺
I love seeing more adults collect dolls. Especially someone so famous as Emma. I’ve always adored dolls, too.

Which there is also nothing wrong with trendy houses and they arent bland. Just not YOUR taste and that’s fine.

The western barbie winks. I have mine from childhood.
I loved dolls since I was a little girl, and I started collecting dolls again when I was 24.
I hate how they're reporting like dolls are just creepy. Her collection is nice, as a fellow doll collector it's cool to see her enjoying herself.
The drunk Texas hold’em doll😂
Love Emma Roberts. She’s one of my favorite actresses
I just recently started collecting dolls and I love all of them. 🥰
Also I love her so much in all her movies and shows, her in real life is just as amazing!

TAKE THEM OUT OF THE BOX IF YOU WANT TO EMMA THEYRE YOUR DOLLS SO FORGET EVERYONE ELSE🗣️
and the whole “creep eyes” and “ArEnT u ScArEd tHeYrE gOnNa CoMe To LiFe🙀” thing was kinda annoying but whatevs lol
the commentary was SO unnecessary and kinda rude
The commentary was idiotic.
I absolutely hated the reporting.
You go girl! I love dolls they are so cute
The voice-over lady is shady asf 😅
Really old dolls that are still in great shape and were part of limited runs way back when could fetch up to $300,000 these days, though you're more likely to have dolls in your collection worth between $5 and $10,000 max.

adults who act like fashion dolls are creepy are far stranger than adults who collect dolls - like why are you scared of a shelf of Barbies?? I don't understand.

Her and Spaulding must get along well since they both collect dolls
Morgan - Wonder how many of Emma's dolls made 'cameo appearances'...? 😏
THAT'S A LOT OF DOLLS!
I do not disagree. Her house and decor is my favorite celebrity house and decor, I love it so much!
Not a fan of the Enews narrative that collecting dolls is creepy.
OMG, Emma Roberts is just like me... but successful, beautiful, amazingly talented, etc etc lol
Love it ❤❤❤
dolls are not creepy xoxo they are plastic
A win is a win 💕
And she have Pink Barbie from Mark Ryden
Why do I want drunk cowgirl Barbie. Also a huge doll collector. Been trying to do more in-box stuff lately. I don't have room for anymore tbh, but that is not stopping me 😂

She has Blythe dolls!
Poor Western Barbie, I haven't seen with good eyes because they always end up drifting away making her look wasted even though she's supposed to be "winking". lol

1:22 I think he’s called Tin man but I used to have that one when I was little from my grandma idk where it is though or which house it’s in (if any)
I love it, she's probably a thrift girly too
Why is the the first 37 seconds of this video the same as Annabelle the horror movie? lol
So some are still in boxes though?

Why do you be taken your dolls OUT OF THE BOX
Because life is short and some people would rather enjoy the things they spend money on instead of living in a box museum ☺️
I do it as well.. Main reason for me is space. I live in a tiny apartment, and taking them out does for sure let me display more dolls than what I could have if in box.. Isn’t dolls for children! 😂😂
Anybody can buy and collect dolls.
They're chunks of plastic that bring joy to people, I don't see why they must be confined to children only. Life's too short to not revel in the harmless things you enjoy.
