I followed your advice and painted the entire interior (walls/ceilings) of my home Benjamin Moore White Dove (flat/matte), and the trim/doors are being painted in Benjamin Moore's Chantilly Lace (satin). It's a beautiful combo; light, airy and all the rooms/areas just look so much larger. When the sun shines the underlying warmth of the white comes out, and when it's evening the white looks cooler with its underlying grey tone. I'm not a pro painter, but definitely a perfectionist and taking the time to do it right. It can be done with good prep, attention to detail and lots of patience. Oh yes - and good paint!

White, white and more white!! So classic and beautiful. Keeps it bright , clean and bigger. SW Extra White is so pretty, neutral, bright and amazing with your artwork.
I just found your channel and I'm really enjoying your content. I recently toured a home that had a different paint color in every room. The colors were bright orange, green, yellow and purple. I called it the rainbow house. I crossed this house off the list immediately. I didn't have the time or money to paint the entire home.
Your taste is spot on for Home decor…and it even carries over into your personal taste in clothing! The orange coat mixed with the cream hoodie and pants etc, introduced you before you opened your mouth. Thanks for your impeccable taste! I’m Fan, for Sure!😊

Painted the open living area in our previous home with aura October mist. It was beautiful. When we sold our home the perspective buyers all commented on how much they loved the color. We sold on the second day our home was on the market and we sold by owner. No real estate commissions.
Took your advice on BM White Dove. Did the walls and trim in Matte and absolutely love it. We did the Bathrooms in Aura Bath and Spa. Aura is a beautiful paint. Great video! Thank you so much. Your videos are so helpful.
I definitely agree with you about neutrals being sale for home sales. I personally like saturated colors but it's really important to keep location in mind. Colors vary greatly between the tropics and Frostbite Falls.
Love the video, Audra. You are an expert when it comes to painting! My Realtor suggested Greek Villa from Sherwin-Williams and it was a hit! We even painted the same color Greek Villa on the exterior with sealskin from Sherwin-Williams for the trimmings! It looks amazing! 🙌🏼 Go neutral people, you won't regret it! Blessings, Audra. ❤
My favorite is Behr. I painted my living room with Benjamin Moore. Then rather than traveling clear across town I got Behr. The coverage and ease of painting was fantastic with Behr. It went on so smoothly and covered so much better! Didn’t drip!
Painted SW Natural Linen with White Flour trim and doors. House is for sale and I receive many compliments. I had it professionally painted and used the higher quality line. It worked best to hide imperfections and covered very well. I have had house about 6 yrs and I doubt it had been painted within the past 15 yrs so I needed a better quality paint. Just something to consider. Also, I have tons of natural light in the house so the Natural Linen is not too dark. Very warm against woodtone floors.
I'll be honest. I didn't suspect I would interested in today's topic (I'm sold on plain white paint), but I enjoyed your 5-star presentation as usual, young lady. I've made a mental note of Aura. And I'm thinking with your clever use of 'Help a Girl Out' in March/April 2025, you'll eclipse 100K :>)
I painted my entire house SW Natural Linen. I love it. The color changes throughout the day; light in the morning, dark in the evening. 100% recommend.
I was expecting your paint color suggestions to be white, and I was not disappointed 😊. Another point to make is that glossy or even satin paint will show any wallboard imperfections.
Hi there Larry, yes, you are 100% right about the imperfections showing on glossy paint. Dang, I should have put that in there!! Great comment. Thank you.
I am a big fan of your videos. Once bought a home with one room painted a cranberry color. As I met people and had them over to the house, many asked about the red wall. Apparently they had been in the house before and could only remember that red wall, and not in a good way. I guess we were the only ones who thought to paint it. Lesson learned that people cannot get past a strong bold paint color.
I have S-W Alabaster on my walls. Repainting almost everything to get ready to sell in March. Just changed two of the bathrooms from Agreeable Gray to Alabaster. They look great! My realtor said I was okay to leave a couple of the bedrooms gray.
The outside of my house is painted Alabaster and just had a black roof put on, looks great. Also painted all of the trim, moulding and doors in Alabaster inside.
Our color palate has not been altered since forever, literally. We went from Harvest Gold, Avocado Green, and whatever the brown was called’s or 70’s to our current color palate. That palate will never change. I wonder how many people follow color and style trends as they change every few years. I enjoy watching videos about the newest decorating ideas.
I hear ya. You can never go wrong with neutrals. It always makes the house looks more elegant. I like the dark colors...but. not over do it. Everyone is different. If I were selling my house, definitely stay away from dark colors.
“Help a girl out”. Audra, you crack me up. 😂 when I purchased my AZ winter place, the paint colors here are horrible. I’ve already painted my kitchen but I have a long ways to go before I’m happy but I’ll probably be selling it anyway but these current colors have to go. Great video as always. Get your new equipment and don’t be stressed because life is hard enough without it.
Aura is beautiful paint. I unfortunately can never go back. But I need to paint an entire house to sell and need to find a less expensive option. Any suggestions out there? Aura is so nice to paint, anything lesser drips too much and you tend to need more coats. ( I’ll be doing it myself, I’m fairly decent at it😊)
I love BM paint but also have used Behr and loved the way it went on the walls!! I did used the BM aura paint in my bathroom and hated it!! It looked terrible when the steam hit the walls. It was over 50.00 per can! I will use Behr!
I used to use and swear by Benjamin Moore for everything. I’ve owned quite a few houses and always use Benjamin Moore hands-down and this past year I had to re-paint a deck, which was very time-consuming. I did my due diligence and looked up all the ratings between Benjamin Moore and Sherman Williams. I ended up trying the Sherman Williams because (it was on sale so I figured this is a great time to try it) all the reviews said they’re better with commercial paint. My experience was Sherman Williams was superior in all ways as far as color texture finish it was very easy to work with, and I was very pleased with that. When I went to the actual store, I found my experience very pleasing the sales people were always willing to help me and really concerned with what my needs were. My deck came out beautifully and is really standing up so far… i’m a Sherman Williams fan going forward…
I believe YOU ARE CORRECT re: 'go w/neutrals'. I'm always browsing houses online (we move too often). The homes least appealing to me on a 'blink' level are those with numerous colors, particularly when they are dark or some impulsive 'color of the year' 🤪. Worst is when the owner didn't create any kind of harmony or palette with those chosen colors. I want a home that looks light/bright, like all my plants 🪴 (because you're correct about that too--empty-nester here who can't stop bringing home more plants 🙃) will thrive there. THANK YOU, as always so helpful.
Oh darn, I should have talked about that...and yes, I recommend painting your ceilings Swiss Coffee. The ceilings can match the walls...I prefer it that way. Great question!!
Storytime: I was once looking at real estate online, and I was surprised to see a whole house painted in a shade of red, similar to the "Rumors" color featured at the start of the video. I was surprised because it didn't actually look bad in the photos even though the WHOLE house was painted that color. Whether it was the color on the walls, other issues with the property, or a mix of both, the property didn't sell. Some time later, it was still on the market, possibly relisted, and the photos of the house still had the dark red toned walls throughout, but with the house empty, it didn't even look marginally good in the listing photos. By this time, it was giving a sad and blighted vibe. The house was in northwest Florida.
Some things seem so obvious to a buyer. Like the off putting colors of walls or carpets. It really is hard to see the forest for the trees! The seller made a mistake by not repainting . Who knows maybe the buyer made a mistake by not making a lower offer citing the unattractive paint colors as the reason.
Audra, I love your energy and find your advice so helpful. I would love to hear some tricks and hints for landlords 😊 So many houses for rent are not inviting, how can we change our homes to make them more attractive for renters.
I’m closing in on my retirement and I’d like to move from Regina to a warmer climate, but the prices on homes are stupidly ridiculous and Mortgage prices has been skyrocketing on a roll(currently over 7%) do I just invest my spare cash into stock and wait for a housing crash or should I go ahead to buy a home anyways?
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
“ Melissa Terri Swayne is the coach that guides me, She has years of financial market experience, you can use something else but for me her strategy works hence my result. She provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.
What do you suggest for powder rooms without window? The floor is black and white. The counter top is granite gray/white with a little black. The cabinet is white. Mirror and faucet is black. Thank you !
My favorite is Sherwin Williams colors. For me, life is too short. Paint with colors YOU love, even if you do decide to sell. If clean and painted well with good lighting and furniture/color flow, someone WILL buy. No worries.
After all it is your home. I am just giving this advice for people who are selling their homes and need to repaint. I will say, I have had houses that the paint was so wild that the buyers wouldn't even come to the house to view it. As soon as we painted it white,,,Bamb...buyers and offers started streaming in. Just saying.
I've had houses with some walls painted in trendy or dark, saturated colors that I liked in a room or two, or on an accent wall. Our houses always sold quickly, usually with a few days of going on the market. Longest, 6 days. Shortest ones were under contract in a day or two. A lot really depends on the market, location, and price point, but we've pushed the market a little before and still went under contract quickly.
I insisted on Benjamin Moore Aura even though I hope to sell my home next year. Since most of the cost is labor, the extra $$ for paint quality is worth it. I'm now trying to figure out what accent color my front door should be
Sorry for your technical difficulties! That cinnamon color is hideous! Lol I did prior SW color of the year, Cavern Clay and Evergreen Fog. Do you think they're too dark for resale? Now I have mobility issues too and repainting will be difficult.
Okay, I am not going to lie, I am not a big fan of Cavern Clay...it would depend on where you are painting it. Evergreen Fog is dark...but I just love it. The two colors together might be a bit too much. I would ask your realtor's opinion. Evergreen Fog is just gorgeous though.
@AudraLambert It's in living room and kitchen. It's okay in kitchen because cabinets are white and there's not much of it. But it's too dark in living room. I even painted end wall cream to brighten it up. But I know I'm in denial! Lol It photographs bad. Guess I'll just cover it all with the cream! 9ft ceilings too, ugh. Lol Thanks for your reply and your advice is priceless! 🤗
I love, love, love your videos and real estate advice! Regarding colors to paint the interior if you are selling- you say go with something in the neutral, white family. My issue is that I’ve got lots of windows and light coming into the main parts of my house and I feel like it will look too stark if I don’t give the walls some color. I’ve got a yellow-beige on the walls of my bungalow right now. You feel all walls, for a house that is on the market, should be white-ish no matter what?
I’m the type of person who, when looking for a home to buy, would be like “Ugh! All this white! How much will I have to spend to paint some character in this house?”
Most white paint colors leave a home looking "cold". One that I've used frequently, and love, is SW High Reflective White, SW7757. It is a soft white, clean, but no undertones in pink, orange, grey, or any other color. I like it for cabinetry, ceilings, and trim. But, I also like a bol/d color for a Dining Room, or Media room, walls and ceiling, if you have a high ceilng. I used SW Oceanside SW6496. It was stunning., Pick up the bold color elsewhere in the home with accent features like pillows, or a vase, or in artwork.
Audra, I just found your channel and have been binge watching. You have a great and informative channel! Question… I painted my bedroom Dash of Pepper BM. Do I paint the bathroom (which is connected) the same color or do I go lighter? Keep in mind this bathroom has no windows in it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hello from South OC! Love your channel especially now that you have interior decorating content too! Could u recommend an OC interior decorator colleague and gen'l contractor for primary bedroom/bath reno (I have high-mid-range budget) ? Thank u! 😊
Loved this video! One question about historic homes painted with period-appropriate colors. Before selling, should the historically accurate colors be painted over with white?
Great question. I don't know the rules regarding paint in historic homes (meaning not sure it affects their historical status). However, if paint color isn't a requirement for keeping the historic designation and you need to paint the home, I would stick to the neutral pallet. I don't mind homes being painted different colors if it compliments the house and its special features or designations..
I chose Benjamin Moore paint 22 years ago when we built our home. It still looks beautiful. Now that we’re thinking of selling, the thought of repainting makes me want to cry. I have noticed that in magazines they are painting the moldings around the doors, windows and crown the same color as the walls. What do you think? Love your videos! So informative ❤
Not to split hairs on whites, but your thoughts on SW Pure White? That’s what I went with in my home that I hope to be selling in the near future. Do you think it’s too cool or harsh? My home leans contemporary mid mod.
I think you are a spring color person. I can tell from the clothes you wear. My palette is Fall so my colors in my home are fall colors. One daughter is a summer and everything is gray and light lavendar My other daughter is a winter and her home is white black with accents of red and . When I go to their homes I don’t like their colors. My home to me is warm and full of fall colors. Even when looking at homes when I walked in and saw gray and white I ran out! Other homes where it was bright blue bright reds bright colors I ran. I mean the house could be in the right neighborhood great layout great kitchen but I couldn’t get around the colors. It literally made me physically sick. We ended up offering full price on a home with neutral warm white and brown and beige furniture Yes keep it neutral so your potential owners don’t run away
Hi there....I think you are right that I am a Spring person. I can tell you are very observant. I do agree, buyers will run out the door if the paint is too wild.
@AudraLambert Sometimes it's just how the house "feels" to them, even in pictures. I have a similar response to the grays and whites that are so prevalent. White isn't as bad, but the pale grays throughout a whole home are so deflating to me. It gives a vibe suggesting life in the home would be like living in the black and white film era, where, in films, the people live on in dull, gray scale lives. You start imagining what life on the vibrant, technicolor side of the rainbow, somewhere beyond Kansas might be like. But that can backfire too. Although I love color and saturated colors, a light shade of yellow green might look like pus to me, which would be a negative on walls or clothing. And rooms painted in dark or electric turquoise shades literally make me feel ill sometimes, even when I'm just looking at them in photos. To your point, thoughtfully selected neutrals alleviate a lot of the potential for buyers to experience intense negative reactions to color.
My grandmother gave us a tri-coloured ice cream when we were kids. It was part strawberry, part vanilla and part chocolate (Neapolitan?). I'd mix it altogether and end up with a bowl of slurry the same colour as 'Nutmeg Mist.' I never liked that ice cream and I HATE that shade of paint 😝
I love Benjamin Moore paint. but used an off brand for the ceilings. I used Sherwin-Willams new flat paint, ya, not impressed with it, Wished i'd used another sheen. One tip with the Benjamin Moore paint. I buy in pints for millwork, it drys out pretty fast. I used Advance for my millwork on the stairs and wainscoting. Only wished this product was available when I painted all my trim.
We hope to sell our home in about 5yrs. I know gray is out, but I love BM Edgecome Gray. I also love BM White Dove. My plan WAS to paint the walls gray and the trim white. If I do this, will I still need to slap new paint in my home? Is 5yrs to long of a time frame? If not, should I just paint the walls White Dove and I will be good to go 5yrs from now?
BM Edgecome Gray is a very warm gray. I don't think you will need to paint your walls again if you go with this color. its not depressing gray. I do like the color as well.
What paint color scheme would you recommend for a single story 1971 ranch with 2 car garage, fake stucco brick and double front doors in FL? Inside is SW Crushed Ice walls with white trim, white kitchen cabinets with beautiful Infinity White real stone quartzite countertops. Going to put on the market after painting the exterior and redoing the landscaping. Thanks!
Hello there! Sounds like your color scheme is right on. The Crushed Ice looks a bit grey...but I would let you be the judge of that. If you are planning on painting your walls, i would stick to whiter walls. If your walls are in great shape, don't worry about the color. Sounds like you are right on track. Best of luck to you. You can download the free paint color schemes here: Download here: lambertgrouphomes.com/resources
I have sold two houses where I did not repaint the walls that I, myself, painted when I moved in to suit me. It has never been an issue. My first house sold in 3 days; my second sold in 2 months (2008) because they loved the pale yellow walls, the updated kitchen, and the 1980s retro feel; I did repaint the stippled ceilings white myself in that second house. My third house was custom built for me and I had it painted to suit me. I will not repaint anything; I am too old to do any painting myself and will not spend a dime to do much of anything. The buyer should simply make the house their home by painting it how they like it. I am also a designer so the colors are conservative to begin with and no staging is needed throughout the house. Some houses do need painting and staging, but I get really tired of being told that I absolutely have to repaint to sell. My walls have never been dirty or damaged or smudged so why paint?
Absolutely 100%…thank you. If you are looking for a bland, beige house, there are pictures on MLS so keep stepping. Why gamble on what the next buyer wants?
Nope nope nope. Lived in a house for 12 years with horrible mauve-taupe-dusty rose walls. Every single wall. Looked almost exactly like this color of the year. Dark, depressing, sucked out all the light. Made the house look small. I like colour, but something warm, fresh, sunny, please. Right now I am a loving a spring yellow green.
We went with Sherwin Williams White Sesame. It’s a great neutral color that’s more of a warm white (or perhaps a white cream?) rather than a cool white(cool whites can give off dentist office/asylum vibes imo). It looks much more white on the wall than their samples(the sample looks closer to a beige)
Yes, White Sesame is a very beautiful color. Cool Whites are appropriate where there is a lot of wood and warm hues in the room. The color whites make the other elements pop. I do agree with you.
Aura….you pronounce it “Er-ah”…..as an Interior Designer, I’ve always told my clients it’s “Awe-rah”. Still, a fantastic paint, as is Sherwin Williams Cashmere or Emerald (I personally prefer Emerald on the walls).
Prep your walls, baseboards, and ceilings. Scrub. Fill the holes. Fix the water damage in the bathrooms. I call painting to sell, priming for the home for the buyer.
I’m noticing that the highest rated paint by Consumer Reports right now (November 2024) is Behr’s Dynasty, with a score of 96. Benjamin Moore Regal Select got a 68. In my experience, price doesn’t always equate to quality. I used Farrow&Ball’s Estate Emulsion, which costs $80 for a gallon of their undercoat, which you have to use if you want the actual color on the chip, and $145 per gallon of the paint. It didn’t last one year before fading, streaking at the lightest touch and generally looking awful. They vastly improved their quality since coming out with their new Dead Flat finish, which is beautiful and long lasting.
Hi There...thanks for the info. Benjamin Moore's top quality paint is Aura, their Regal Select is a step down in quality...but I have used it and like the Regal Select. Good to know about Behr's Dynasty. Appreciate your comment.
What about exterior colors. We'll have our exterior painted in 2025. We have a greige/gray midtone color roof. Neighbors closest to us have 1 green, 2 charcoal (either side of us) and across the street 3 navy and 4 white with blue trim. We were thinking light gray with a to be decided trim color.
Hello there, exterior paint is a totally different deal. I would definitely not go with the same color as your neighbor. I would paint your house a color that compliments the style of the home. Sounds like you are right on track. I would make sure the trim color and main color be a contrasting color. You want to make sure there is a noticeable difference between the two. Otherwise, the house looks like its been painted the same color...not good.
Isn't Sea Salt a Sherwin Williams color? That's what we painted our bedroom, and love it! Our son is a professional painter, and he has painted our house with their highest quality paint.
Hi there, yes Sherwin Williams does have a color called Sea salt which is a green tone. Several paint manufactured have the same names for paint...but very different colors for the same name. I do like SW Sea Salt.
The "new" colors for 2025 are very reminiscent of the late 1990's when everyone was doing the wine theme. I guess that is one thing that is not great about getting older is that in the 20 year ish time frame when everything comes back "in style" it all feels dated. :)
Is it your home, your safe cozy place or is it a rental as in you are just hanging out. I say life is short. Make it yours! Express yourself whether it’s a white white or a neon purple! Enjoy your space. If you sell they are going to have their own preferences anyway!

I always enjoy watching your videos.
Ahh..thanks so much. That means the world to me.
Thanks so much Mark. You have been a very loyal supporter of mine. Next year 100K, Thanks for your comment.
I completely agree. Some buyers just can't visualize the house with the bright colors.
Thanks Audra. Ive been waiting for this video so i can make a final decision for paint to sell.
Oh good! So glad I could help. You can download the paint cheap sheet here: Download here: lambertgrouphomes.com/resources. You'll do great!
My all time favorite color palette is the 2024 color palette from Benjamin Moore....Such stunning colors! Excellent information here as always!
I have S-W Alabaster on my walls. Repainting almost everything to get ready to sell in March. Just changed two of the bathrooms from Agreeable Gray to Alabaster. They look great! My realtor said I was okay to leave a couple of the bedrooms gray.
Oh yes, Alabaster is a great color. Agreeable Gray isn't too dark gray. You'll do great. Wise choices.
I love the "moisturized" walls by Benjamin Moore Aura. 😄😄
I love natural linen on your photo. Sea salt is nice too. I don’t like dark Colors.
I hear ya. You can never go wrong with neutrals. It always makes the house looks more elegant. I like the dark colors...but. not over do it. Everyone is different. If I were selling my house, definitely stay away from dark colors.
Always.... ALWAYS great information, thank you Audra!
Ahh...thank you. Appreciate you watching my videos.
I’m with you on loving Benjamin Moore’s 2022 and 2025 palettes! I love the quality of their paints and they are my go to for color palettes.
You are absolutely right. I need to just chill. Appreciate your support...off to getting that new equiptment:)
Hi Audra, what is the best black color to stain kitchen cabinets for new build if it is okay for me to ask? Thank you.
Audra, what is the color (and sheen) of your beautiful fireplace? Is it Hale Navy? It's gorgeous!
Well..thank you for your support and comment. Laughing about the plants...I just gave two to my neighbors.
Hi Audra, so we talk about wall colors but what about ceiling colors? Is Swiss Coffee still ok?
Don't have a job = can't afford housing.
Have a job = can't afford housing.
So why have a job?
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran an online search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
What do you suggest for powder rooms without window? The floor is black and white. The counter top is granite gray/white with a little black. The cabinet is white. Mirror and faucet is black. Thank you !
That purple has pink in it. I love the deep royal purple with blue in it and I use that with accessories in a couple of rooms.
I also did my new home in all Benjamin Moore, love their colors.
You feel all walls, for a house that is on the market, should be white-ish no matter what?
colors of the year,,, hummm,,, thank you so much Audra,,,
You’re welcome! I hope it’s helpful
Thank u! 😊
Sure, send me an email at audra@lambertgrouphomes.com. Happy to assist.
“Walls look moisturized”
My out of the box brain is giving me ideas and I don’t know if they’re good or bad 😂
Young lady you are amazing 🤩 thank you. Just so you know I have been applying the knowledge I have accumulated from your videos…
Ahh...thank you so much. I really appreciate your comment. So glad I could help in anyway.
It is definitely a trend now to paint everything the same color! If your paint is in great shape and is a nice color, perhaps you keep it.
Not to split hairs on whites, but your thoughts on SW Pure White? That’s what I went with in my home that I hope to be selling in the near future. Do you think it’s too cool or harsh? My home leans contemporary mid mod.
I love Pure White. Great color. No one will be offended with color. You're good:)
Is now a good time to sell? We're getting ready to sell again just after Christmas.
I think you are a spring color person. I can tell from the clothes you wear.
My palette is Fall so my colors in my home are fall colors.
One daughter is a summer and everything is gray and light lavendar
My other daughter is a winter and her home is white black with accents of red and .
We ended up offering full price on a home with neutral warm white and brown and beige furniture
Yes keep it neutral so your potential owners don’t run away
It really does look like that.
That is really funny..thanks for sharing. I was never a fan of the strawberry flavor in that ice cream.
😂
Is “satin” the same as “velvet”?
What if you have alot of light/sunlight though??? Thanks for your persistents, lol.. This my first time watching.
Benjamin Moore aura (pronounced orrah). Can’t download your resources after putting in info?
I used the best low VOC paint from Benjamin Moore 10 years ago……no drips and I had no experience painting…
Rumors looks like the color I want to paint my chicken coop.
Farrow and Ball. I had to insist that my painter use the brand name instead of a Benjamin Moore color match.
Definitely not a bad idea!
Sea Mariner by SW, looks great with Sea Salt
When do we finally get past the gray? We have been looking to buy and most of the interiors are shades of gray, which I hate.
Hopefully they see the trends moving away from the gray, it's no secret that its over.
I still love my gray and know ppl who are still using it.
would love to see your house !!!
You're in luck...I have a video coming out Tuesday to show you a few rooms in my house:)
Where did you get the orange jacket? Thx!
Our 1973-built rental house bathroom countertop is Rumors! I guess all styles and colors return eventually.
Wow...didn't realize how old that color was. Never seen counter tops painted Rumors. Colors do come back.
My favorite neutral is cedar ket from BM
You are a nice lady but i dont like any of those colors especially gray and green. Grew up with all white walls no decor. Glad to be done with it.
Is Aura not pronounced “R-uh?” Your sharing your knowledge is greatly appreciated!
I am so bad at pronouncing things...A-ura....I believe.
Aura….you pronounce it “Er-ah”…..as an Interior Designer, I’ve always told my clients it’s “Awe-rah”. Still, a fantastic paint, as is Sherwin Williams Cashmere or Emerald (I personally prefer Emerald on the walls).
You know what…I am terrible with names, but I’m glad you chimed in. Great info.
"Orr-uhh" is the most common pronunciation
Prep your walls, baseboards, and ceilings. Scrub. Fill the holes. Fix the water damage in the bathrooms. I call painting to sell, priming for the home for the buyer.
You’re speaking my language! Love that.
Do you have a newsletter?
I do...if you would like me to add you, just send me an email at: audra@lambertgrouphomes.com
Agree with BM 2022 color palette. They just should have kept it for a couple years!😂
Wouldn't that be nice.
So Benjamin Moore in sparks Nevada closed in was and I read they closed a lot store fronts.
Do you mean Sherwin-Williams? They have stand alone brick and mortar stores.
Hmm...didn't know that. That makes me sad.
Sherwin - Williams sand dollar is beautiful.
Thanks for sharing:)
Thanks for the top. I have been hesitant in using that color because I was worried it would cast a peachy tone. Your thoughts?
Benjamin Moore's Aura paint is pronounced "OR-ah", not "UR-ah" . Just an FYI! :)
Nutmeg frost looks like a faded Miami Vice set.
HAHAHA I love this!!!
I love Benjamin Moore colors! No I want to start painting!
In my opinion that are the best!!!!
I sold a bunch of houses. I'm a designer now .😅
My husband and I have a bet that your fireplace is Hale Navy? BM
Did she say “Fin”ery? Like Jaws or shamu has a fin errr eeeeee! I thought Orange County knew all about finery!
I felt like S.W dodged the deal... disappointed. Only because i am choosing new colors, this year and i usually always use S.W.
So very true!!!
Is it your home, your safe cozy place or is it a rental as in you are just hanging out. I say life is short. Make it yours! Express yourself whether it’s a white white or a neon purple! Enjoy your space. If you sell they are going to have their own preferences anyway!
I wholeheartedly feel everyone should love and enjoy their home and their space. You are correct, do what you like an enjoy.
